Salah is clinical. Always just need that one chance and it's a goal.

I think you are wrong on that though there may be spells where everything he touches goes in.

It doesn't even have to be anything special, teams just need to actually try and beat them. There are players in Liverpool's team today that are playing their first league game and they haven't even been tested. Some of the Liverpool players playing today wouldn't even make it into most of the leagues first 11, but they are coasting to an easy win.

All part of the plan to help them again to a title so their scumbag fans can actually celebrate with them in the stadium this time.

On a related matter Wolves are an embarrassment to themselves, their fans and the league for how the approached the game today, given that two vastly inferior teams in Brighton and Villa gave a far better account of themselves despite Allison playing the former and VVD the latter.

Awful attitude, which no doubt will be better when we play them.

Coady is a disgrace as well, a professional  should put his allegencies aside and try for his employer instead of being so obvious in trying to help his supported club

Honestly... How could Arsenal be happy with that Willian contract?

Willian knows he's not going to be an Arsenal player at 36 years old, so that's it, his job is done. He has no more incentive to bust his arse and try to change/influence games. He can casually do what he wants, and if he doesn't play anymore, so what? Good contract for the final few years of his career, job done. Arsenal fans get so deluded over stuff like this and continuously disappoint themselves, I and most others on here did not want Willian here for more than a year because we know full well a player coming on to 32 is not a player you want to keep around for very long in the attacking position.

Willian of all players who has purple patches, dry patches, up and down seasons, seems to step up when he has to fight for his place or contract. Giving him 3 years was all kinds of wrong, how did they not learn from Ozil? Aubameyang has just done the same thing, big contract and now has nothing left to play for. He will be at Arsenal for the rest of his career now, and by career I mean his best years, after that he's never going to be playing for an elite team. Yet, Arsenal fans are surprised with the way he's playing, especially when Auba is a player who heavily relies on pace and is into his 30's, that's not a good time to put all your chips into a forward.

The contrast between our fan bases is massive as far as I'm concerned. I know that if we signed a 31 year old player from them, in no way shape or form would we be getting excited about it like those bunch of deluded tossers were. How many of us were really that excited about Giroud? Not many, we were happy for a backup striker though. But we all knew that Giroud was getting on and wasn't going to be our number 1. They seriously thought they signed our best player... Madness.

Aubameyang's form should be of a greater concern to Arsenal than Willian's. He accounted for 40% of Arsenal's goals scored last season.

Arsenal currently have 10 goals in 11 matches. Pepe a winger is their record signing and Aubameyang and Willian are two of their best paid players so it's not like Arsenal aren't investing in their attack.

Honestly, with every game that passes Arteta looks more and more out of his depth. He's nothing but a Spanish Tim Sherwood.

To be blunt, I think they've been riding their luck for years. How do they still persist with the likes of Bellerin, Xhaka and Mustafi and still manage to obtain some silverware. Meanwhile Spurs who have a much better squad can't get anything.

I was just analysing both of our teams on paper, and I can't say one Arsenal players gets in our team. The only one who might is Tierney for Chilwell, but given Chilwells impressive form here I'm happy with him. Other than that, nada, I wouldn't take one of their players over ours. And I would say the same for the Spurs side, I don't think they would take one Arsenal player over any of their players.

Their team is utter dog sh*t, the season they're having now has been a long time coming if you ask me. It doesn't help that they spunked 80 million on that pudding Pepe, he's woeful.

I was so surprised how many Arsenal fans thought he was one of our best players. Best thing about him going there was the inevitable meltdown their fans were going to have.

I didn't understand how we offered Willian a contract at all.

I would have kept Willian for another season for depth, especially with Pulisic’s injury record. If Willian stayed, we would have Werner playing in the middle more often.

2 years is very generous, 3 years is madness. I’m glad we didn’t give in.

I wanted him to stay a year on due to his experience and his current ability, but more than one year would've been a huge mistake. But three years on over a 100k a week? That's just stupid and incompetent, he's on the decline, he has a year left in him at most. Willians loves to drift with the ball through the centre, he uses his pace to get past players rather than trickery, once his pace has gone he's finished. And as good as Willian was last season because he was good, he wasn't our best, Pulisic was much better in terms of end product, most of Willians goals were penalties.

According to Pogba's agent Mino Raiola Pogba's time at Manchester United is over.

I wonder if Real Madrid will risk going in for Pogba after the unsuccessful big money signing of Hazard.

Talented player, but not worth the money or the hassle for me. I think it's fair to say United was a bad choice for his career, but good players adapt and evolve regardless of the circumstances. For an 80 million pound player, he's never hit that price tag, no doubt he'll look back on his United career as 5 years wasted.

Sounds like the perfect player for Real Madrid

Not sure what Klopps end goal with his mind games are, I think maybe to motivate his team.

In no way shape or form are we favorites for the league. Liverpool are by a mile. No VVD, no Allison and they steamroller wolves like they are a pub team.

Only way they would be second favorites is if Bayern Munich moved to the premier.

So the issue here for you is the players kneeling 3 seconds to support ending racial inequality and the not Millwall fans ?

And yet we will play a World Cup in a country with appalling human rights abuse and who the UN said practised " structural racism" against migrant workers from Asia. Even Les  Ferdinand said taking the knee was pointless. Which it is,

Ha ha, what a stat, what a shambles of a club.

All by Bellerin also I believe, imagine being a professional footballer and not know how to throw the ball. You can go to any under 9's game and they know how to do it.

And I see QPR , despite the fact that they stopped taking the knee a few months ago have decided to give it a go again...v Millwall, even though the only black director in football, Le s Ferdinand saying it is pointless and achieves nothing..

There's a few EFL teams that don't do it  anymore, but I don't recall a big outcry about it

Another stupid VAR decision. Just because the Southampton player kicks out after he's been fouled, that doesn't mean the foul's continued on.

Take a look at Cricket and have a "ref's decision" for the extreme marginal things. Camera's aren't accurate enough and there is too much interpretation left in the rules, just like players don't get a "do-over" for played advantage that's wasted, the ref shouldn't for tight decision.

That is unreal, especially since he's a fullback and should be used to doing it for years now. Tbf players in another position might take foul throws when they aren't used to it, Victor Moses did a fair few foul throws as wingback.

The keeling down is to bring awareness to the cause, to talk about race inequality. Of course the Premier League/FA use it more as a PR stunt more than anything and can say that theyve done something, they should have put as much energy to the cause as Marcus Rashford did for the kids.

The kneeling issue right now is taken out of context so much that people now put it as a political stance wich isnt at all. The Black Lives Matter movement used it during their protest to bring support to Colin Kapernick'cause about Police brutality against people of colour in the United States, but with everything that happened this summer all over the world, it seemed that poeple outside thought the kneeling was some kind of Far Left political move. Some people didnt like the movement  and are  thinking why are they bringing this sh*t in the Football ?. But once again, its to bring awareness to the cause.

With all the things happening before the Kick Off, Mascots, Paying homage to him/her, thanking all the sponsors. If the simple fact of players taking a knee for 5 seconds to bring awareness to the cause makes you loose your cool and makes you boo and makes you cry out loud, im sorry but theres something wrong with you.
