Exactly missing the point. Guardiola won the league with Barcelona the first season because someone gave him the opportunity without having your famous cv under his arm, yet. Frank hasn’t done that for us in the first season, but we all said that he did very well considering the circumstances. But but but he did not have a cv!!

Claiming that Chelsea isn't the place you start your career is grossly arrogant and is the sort of exceptionalism that other fans abuse us for.

All those managers had to start somewhere, and their respective clubs gave them a start regardless of no CV or experience.  Some became great, some not so much.  That's the whole point, and why you are wrong @Slojo
