February 11, 20214 yr Our last four games have been Thursday-Sunday-Thursday-Sunday... What is this, the Tottenham Hotspur experience?
February 11, 20214 yr I would imagine we return to our usual players for this one, maybe Tammy keeps his place.  Mendy  Azpi Christensen Rudiger  James Kovacic Jorginho Alonso  CHO Abraham Mount
February 12, 20214 yr Liverpool play Leicester this weekend so  one of them will drop points. It’s vital we keep up the wining streak.  depending on injuries I would go with mendy azbi christensen rudiger james jorginho kovacic alonso mount Werner abrahamÂ
February 12, 20214 yr I don't think Werner Silva or Haverts will be risked.  Mendy azip christianson rudi reece jorg kova alonso cho tammy mason  If Christianson isn't fit (blow to head last night) then i could see us reverting to a back 4 mendy azip rudi zouma chilly jorg kova ziyech mason cho tammy
February 12, 20214 yr Leicester vs Liverpool, Spurs Vs Man City, people will be dropping points all over the place. So this game ultimately becomes one of the most important of our season. And as we play after everyone, we know exactly where a win will take us.Â
February 12, 20214 yr Author                 Mendy      Azpilcueta  Rudiger   Zouma             Kovacic   Jorginho    CHO        Mount      Pulisic            Werner                Abraham We need to get Pulisic back in form down the left to balance our attack, i think we can afford to risk him in this game and hopefully we benefit from it. Timo playing either side of Tammy.
February 12, 20214 yr If there's one thing last night's horror show has done it's basically make Tuchel's selection for this relitevely straight forward.

February 12, 20214 yr Our full squad should wrap up 3 points here..There are no easy games anywhere anymore. As long as we dont play like we have recently the games for the taking....werner to score i think...

February 12, 20214 yr News from the manager is Andreas came off last night due to a headache not concussion related so he can play this one and Werner is back as well. No Silva or Kai, the latter likely back for Saints, the former possibly bit I reckon we save him for Atletico.  With that in mind I expect the back 3 to remain, and with Newcastle expected to defend deep likely something like this:  Mendy  Azpi Christensen Rudiger  CHO Kovacic Jorginho Alonso  Mount  Tammy (although Giroud may be prefered) Werner

February 12, 20214 yr Calum Wilson has a torn hamstring so one less striker to be concerned about. We have been rather fortunate recently, no Kane, no Antonio and now no Wilson, let's hope we make the most of it. Â
