Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2021/22

Think I'll watch Crusaders v Linfield tonight. The thought of watching the bin dippers playing the mancs and listening to the commentators and pundits sook up to them is enough to make me ill.

1-0 already.

That Trent is f**king full of himself. Sort of player you want to see get a slap.

I know the lineup looks bizarre but I'm not sure what other choice Rangnick had. Without Fred or McTominay he didn't have the personnel in midfield to be able to press high, and now they've broken their only centre-back capable of winning a header (who is also their captain) to the point that he's getting booed by his own fans, and they've lost their only on-form goalscorer to circumstances beyond their control...

On top of all that they've now lost their only fit centre mid who isn't a Matic who was physically spent seven years ago, and conceded after five minutes (as well as a second as I've been typing). This might be the first time in my entire life that I've ever felt sorry for Man Utd... this is going to be grim.

Edit: Also without Shaw he's been forced to play Wan-Bissaka at wing-back... f**king hell.

I think Liverpool have had tougher matches against the likes of Burnley or Watford.

And you know Man Utd players will be back and up for it against us next week.

No, they won't be up for it. The difference is Liverpool are attacking them at will rather than passing the ball backwards and sideways like we have a habit of doing.

This is the worst United side I can recall in a long time. If we don't batter them, we only have ourselves to blame.

If Liverpool want to they can score 10 today. This United side are a disgrace and it would take an epically bad performance from us not to win at OT.

Liverpool will win the quadruple imo and then we may as well all just pack it in cause you can never beat thar season.

I'm not sure I can remember seeing a performance with so little effort by an entire team.

Has there even been a foul this half? Liverpool are almost completely unchallenged in every part of the pitch

Are we seriously going to have to listen to Neville/Carraghers orgasm noise every time Liverpool make a good pass? It's disgusting.

I think Neville has spent so much time with Carragher in recent times he’d probably prefer Liverpool winning the league compared to City.

It feels like I've said this 1000 times in the last few years but bar finishing we did batter them.

You’re right in that we should beat them, but tonight from the original line up, attitude and desire they looked like a team that just want this match over and will concentrate efforts on other matches.

Liverpool have been very good tonight but this is meant to be bitter rivals, Man Utd have been gutless.
