April 16, 20224 yr Don't usually buy into the idea of the FA cup being disrespected or losing its place as a worthy trophy but guardiola has made a case for it today. woeful from him today.
April 16, 20224 yr Arsenal, 76% possession, 23 shots...........lost 1-0. The most Arsenal of Arsenal performances.

Sad day for @Munkworth , and for me because of City. So Pool have won the league cup final, and in the FA Cup final, and in the CL final and are one City slip up from being top of the league outright. Who they play next? Man united who barely beat Norwich lmao...

I would fancy Tuchel to give Liverpool a game if he fielded a weaker Chelsea side. We wouldn't be 3-0 down at half time and looking totally out of our depth. This also happens often with Guardiola. Once he messes around with his first team against decent sides, he comes undone. He only knows one way to play, and if those players coming in can't play exactly how he wants them to play, he won't shift his tactics to get the best out of them. This is why he would struggle at clubs where he can't just get whatever player he wants. I am certain that Guardiola could not win the Premier League with any other team. These 4th place merchants had the audacity to put 3rd place in their mouth like they are on Chelsea´s level or anywhere near it. Haven´t won a game since, not sure they even earned a point.
April 16, 20224 yr I can't help but think with these staggered start times whether when your competitor loses you relax and then find you lose too. Tottenham lose to Brighton and then Arsenal later lose again to the Saints.
April 17, 20224 yr City better bloomin win all their remaining league games and it would be nice if United and Everton remembered they don't like Liverpool and actually not let them pancake them...

Let say we cannot play kante n kova against pool which mean we probably have to field jorgi and ruben in midfield. I can see a nightmare game where we will get pinned in our half and basically at pool mercy and if they score first, it will be a disaster. In term of just playing only one way. I believe It is very difficult to completely change the way your team play in the middle of the season. We losed our two main cb and we still used 343. Even Klopp insisted of playing high line with kabak n philip as his cb. Edited April 17, 20224 yr by Bob stark
April 17, 20224 yr Serious injury for Ashley Westwood of Burnley at West Ham. Game stopped for several minutes and a few of the west ham players looked devastated.

Ah sheesh, what happened? Hopefully not one of those cases of a bone sticking out or a foot at 90 degrees of the leg

Lamps is the only one with some fight in both dugouts. Both teams in crisis control but you can see the United team just want the season to end really.
April 18, 20224 yr 🚨 EXCL: Arsenal hire external consultants to help improve culture at club. London firm People-Made conducting “top to bottom cultural review” called “The Arsenal Way” in bid to connect with history + values amid acceptance it has faded @TheAthleticUK #AFC https://t.co/2DtwUgyMLG What a pathetic club.

April 18, 20224 yr Harry Mcguire : hurting Liverpool quadruple bid not our motivation. Me: that's because you lot have 0 motivation or passion for your club.
April 19, 20224 yr Very sad news about Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife losing their new born son. Heartbreaking stuff.

Honestly I´m a bit worried Rangnick could sort them out, if the board allows it. I´m legitimately worried Rangnick played possum as an interim manager the last six months, acting weak and allowing the players to hang themselves. I think they could can 10-12 players this summer alone. Of course I hope I´m totally wrong and the board still value likes and jerseys over a cohesive football end product. United need more of McGuire and Pogba.
April 19, 20224 yr Apparently 41 out of 42 clubs voted for VAR. Not sure which club voted against. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60987568 SPFL clubs have voted in favour of introducing Video Assistant Referees in the Scottish Premiership. It is set to be launched midway through next season when the top flight resumes in December after the World Cup. The total VAR cost of £1.2m per season is to be met by the 12 clubs on a sliding scale, with the Premiership winners paying around £195,000 and the 12th-place team £67,000. All 42 SPFL clubs voted on the issue on Tuesday. The resolution required 75% of Premiership clubs, 75% of clubs in the Championship and 75% of League 1 and 2 clubs combined to vote in favour.

I saw it and took a moment before you realised, he was on his back and his right foot was at 90 degrees outward yet his knee had not moved with his foot. I guess dislocated something together with ligament and tendon damage.

What’s depressing is that if you’d asked the fans, you know, the ones who actually pay to watch the games, at least 75% would want it gone. I’ll never be in favour of VAR until every goal decision is made instantly.
