This Brighton game is showing how bad we actually are though. United we’re as sh*te as they are today against us but we couldn’t lay a f**king egg on them.

The last couple of months have been utterly depressing from a football perspective. If we can't take joy in Man Utd losing 4-0 to a side who were in the Championship the last time they won the league then we may as well give up and start watching f**king tennis or something. They're 4-0 down against a mid-table side who have scored 8.8% of their league goals this season in this match and have just brought on a centre-back for Juan Mata.

I stand by what I said after the City-Real game in the week - Brighton should really be coming out of this wondering how they dominated the entire game yet still ended up losing 2-1.

And we still couldn't beat this utd team.

We also lost 4-1 at home to a Brentford side whose best player was a guy who was clinically dead less than a year ago. sh*t happens, and you take your pleasures where you can.

Exactly! Sure we just ballsed up a game but what fun is football when you can't enjoy Brighton smashing Yanited

i watch a lot of serie A to get rid of the bad taste from watching Chelsea

 Genoa yesterday was incredible

Criscito missed a penalty against Sampdoria last week in the 96th minute when they were 1-0 down (Sampdoria is their biggest rival and Genoa are in the relegation zone).

Yesterday they played Juventus, went 1-0 down and in the 88th minute made it 1-1, then in the 96th minute they get awarded a penalty and Criscito (the club captain) steps up again and this time scores

It's ridiculous. US baseball teams have their home city on their away shirts, so maybe they thought they'd copy them.

oh jeez... so we can look forward to having Chelsea London on ours in a couple of years

Hoping Liverpool and spuds draw today, we're lucky spuds and arsenal still have to play each other. Despite everything we should still make it, unless we really really balls it up from here.

@just must be on the bog, would have expected him to have posted something suggesting that we sign Bissouma by now...

Nope Liverpool 100%. Hope Mrs Klopp and her boys murder them.

What is with the late kick off today? Shouldn't this have been the 12:30 game?

Klopp moaned about 12.30pm games after Champions League games a few weeks ago, so surprise surprise BT Sport break their own time slot to give Liverpool a bit more recovery time.
