That's now 12 games out of 36 that City have scored 4+ ... and next year they'll have Haaland as well LOL.

At least I should get some decent odds for my usual Chelsea title bet ...

Is that stats correct?

That is just ridiculous

Lampard:  "Easily the best fans I've played or managed in front off.  At Chelsea and City it almost felt like I was just trying to make someone enjoy their day out.  Everton fans live and breathe their club, it's important to their life not their Instagram"

We may not like to hear it and even disagree, but it's hardly bs, especially since his whole Everton career so far has been riding on a tight rope, during a truly emotional and turbulent period for the club and its supporters, so it's no wonder the atmosphere is totally different around them atm.

Surely you don't need someone to confirm that?

Where did you read it, on Twitter or on an Everton forum?

I think it's a fake quote, I can only see it passed around on Twitter and Everton forums. I don't think Lamps the wordsmith would say something so undiplomatic.

5-0 vs Norwich H

5-0 vs Arsenal H

4-1 vs Brighton A

7-0 vs Leeds H

4-0 vs Newcastle A

6-3 vs Leicester H

4-0 vs Norwich A

4-1 vs Manchester United H

5-1 vs Watford H

4-0 vs Leeds A

5-0 vs Newcastle H

5-1 vs Wolves A

Bizarrely they have lost home and away to Tottenham, and also only scored 1 goal in the 4 games against Palace and Southampton (1 defeat, 3 draws).

If they win their last two games though, they will have "doubled" 15 of the 19 PL sides !!!

Liverpool is the only other side they dropped points to ... with two 2-2 draws.

They've also scored 4+ nine times in cup competitions, and overall are on 145 goals for their 56 games played this season - and all without a striker LOL.

As you say ... "ridiculous" !!!

I have just watched city highlight vs wolves, kdb scored hattrick with his left foot 😱😱

I have said a thousand times. I have never complained about losing Salah, I highly doubt we will see this version of salah if he stayed with us, but kdb was so obvious. Mou really screwed us big time

Mata was another example. Best player for us two seasons in a row and then Mou came back and immediately decided he didn't fancy him for god knows what reason.

He had a great side potentially in 2013 ... but moved most of them out the door. Emenalo must have been doing his nut LOL.

That season we had De Bruyne, Mata, Lukaku, Salah ... also Ryan Bertrand at left back who would have saved us a small fortune on a long line of underachieving left backs had he been allowed to play and stay.

The parallel universe eh !

Also to be fair the Bridge hardly delivers one of the top atmospheres in the PL on a regular basis.

Simon Jordan made a good point. London has so many clubs there is no community feel, and the club isn't the cornerstone of the community like it is up north in Merseyside and Manchester, and Newcastle.

They obviously need a striker.

What do you guys think about the North London derby?

i feel like Conte will sit back and counter arsenal and probably win the game

Think Spurs win it

whatever the worse result for Chelsea is what will happen.

Arsenal win then.

Some will say Spurs win as otherwise our top 4 status is secured but with Watford well and truly gone and Leicester on the beach already the league is not a concern after last night.

Aye its a win/win.

Either Arsenal get the job done with a win or a draw and we automatically qualify. Or Spurs beat Arsenal and those two will be sh*tting themselves whilst we have Watford and Leicester at home to only worry about.

Personally I like the idea of Arsenal and Spurs scrapping for 4th until the last game day and hopefully all 3 of Everton, Leeds and Burnley facing the realistic prospect they could go down. Make the final weekend interesting.

it has been annoying me how the arsenal fans have been celebrating getting back into the CL prematurely and it would be hilarious if they end up 5th. Arteta will be out again lol

Yep. Sky, the BBC, and God knows who else, have been bigging up Arteta like nobody’s business.

What they conveniently neglect to mention is that Arsenal have so far played 45 fixtures, a whopping 40% fewer than ourselves who have now played 63 matches.

And people wonder why the players sometimes seem tired?

Would be funny for their documentary if they blow top 4, but in the end Spuds losing out would be more damaging for them as a club. We've seen Arse with CL football for years and they do nothing with it.

yes they forget that they had the whole season to focus on the league and also had quite favourable "covid" decisions gone their way
