Shocking play in attacking areas tonight. Poor passing, nobody protecting the ball well, nobody taking a shot on when it's there to be hit. Every time we mix the team up a bit in attack, none of the players coming in seem to step up. If Tuchel subbed off Hudson-Odoi, Havertz and Ziyech, I wouldn't have any problems with it.

we're playing ok - they're hard to break down and to be fair they've defended well.

This effort is looking like the first half Newcastle effort.  Let's hope Tuchel can get a 2nd half Newcastle effort out of them.

To be fair Alonso is having a shocker, haven't seen him win a single header and he is very slow with the ball.

The problem is who do you sub them off for?  You could maybe plug Barkley and Pulisic in there but I don't see a third attacker on the bench. 

We really need every attacking player in our team to step up their game. We can't keep relying on the wing backs to get the goals for us. It seems like all of them are off form in front of goal.

We should have been more decisive, but you're being overly critical. We had 14 shots, 7 of which have been on target. That's not too shabby for 45 minutes.

I just have to wonder why Azpi, Alonso, Callum all have to pass or find the right angles to try and shoot. This keeper can't catch, blast one in as hard as you can and aim for the spills

Maybe, I wouldn't mind subbing in Chilly.  Honestly James would be better at right wing back than Dave.  Dave is a solid defender but doesn't give much attacking threat when playing wing back.

Those stats are misleading. Only the Havertz chance was a good one. All of the other shots have been desperate shots or hit from impossible angles. None of those shots looked like beating the keeper.

Everyone needs to improve that second half. Including the BT broadcasting team. Like wtf was that suddenly 

Thomas has to shake things up a bit. They are growing into the game and we've probably underestimated them to be fair.
