I think the play is to have Ziyech & Pulisic crossing in to Lukaku so they need to be on their stronger feet. It’s not working though so may as well swap them for 10 minutes. 

How the f**k in a game of this importance Is Zyech playing over Mount, or Pulisic over Werner even ?
