Could well be. Though also is an opportunity for the likes of Christensen, Kenedy, Chalobah, Saul, Havertz and Werner to get so much needed game time both in this game and the CWC semi.

I am pretty sure that will be the case, we will field a strong side maybe not full team but it will be close to it

I think we'll play a strong team. 

If we don't land a domestic trophy this year, it will be a 4 season domestic drought ... need to maximise our chances of ending that ...

That is a bit more like it 😄

The team you posted at the beginning of the OP was way too unrealistic and quite frankly would have been undermining the opponents.

Especially considering the fact that majority of the team have had 2 weeks since they last played.

Also, Vale, Hall, Simons, Williams all played for development squad last night so they most certainly will not be involved.
