August 11, 20232 yr Told Liverpool now considering to walk away from Moisés Caicedo deal. More to follow. @fabrizo Clearly moving on Lavia to get Liverpool to withdraw their bid

If these are "strategic games", saying that "Chelsea wants Liverpool to remove their bid" is like me asking my opponent in chess to remove their king. Great if it works but the opponent is likely to say "no, I don't think so". You'll have to have a better strategic plan I think. Like paying up. It’s why you are still here, you seem to skirt around the edges or what would be considered banning material. Either way it’s irritating and you seem to show up when it’s going against us, or when it’s looking up in some attempt to bring us down a peg or two. But you know this already, it’s your game plan. Shame really.
August 11, 20232 yr So lavia and caicedo both possibly boehly and egbhali seem like they are going crazy after Liverpools bid lol love it

But why should we pay the extra 11m your club has agreed with Liverpool when the player hasn't agreed to the deal. The options are pretty clear currently. Deal with us or keep the player that you have no thoroughly disrespected with your manager saying he has already forgotten about him before he has been sold.

Really teach them for trying f**k us over. Sour relationships forever probably with Brighton and Liverpool but…. Meh. 😂

August 11, 20232 yr I think Liverpool will be fine anyway. Now they have shown they have got the money, fully expect them to get Tchouameni or Valverde during this window now. Shame on that really. I am happy if we get what we're after but I really rated Tchouameni in our team.

Because you've tried all summer not to pay what Brighton want and it has not worked out well? Don't mind it personally. If you want to play another round with Tony Bloom rather than putting those £11m on the table, you do you.

Or Liverpool remove their bid if the player doesn't want to join them and Brighton consider our bid, wait for a higher offer or keep the disgruntled player.

August 11, 20232 yr 4 minutes ago, SimonH said: £115m….. if this is correct then clearly Lavia interest is not to get Liverpool to withdraw their bid. Otherwise surely we would try to get Caicedo for less than Liverpool's 110 bid. At this point I think we are genuinely after both players

If it is between Chelsea, Liverpool and Brighton, his choice is Chelsea. If it is between Brighton and Liverpool... choice is most likely Liverpool. He was disgruntled in January as well, refusing to train. Quick exchange of blowjobs with RDZ and everything was fine again. Sure, RDZ has not helped Brighton today by opening his mouth a bit wide (not the first time), but I think only two things are certain: Tony Bloom won't accept £100m after accepting £110m, and Caicedo won't sacrifice his career just because he isn't getting his move. Either someone pay the £110m (or whatever it may be) or Caicedo, somewhat disgruntled but giving his all on the pitch until he gets that move, sticks around.

Good for Brighton. And very good for you as well. You're finally signing someone who makes a lot of difference. It is a cataclysmic signing for you.
August 11, 20232 yr EXCL: Chelsea and Brighton have reached an agreement in principle for Moises Caicedo — £110m package including add ons. For Caicedo it has always been Chelsea. He was not moved by Klopp’s speech to lure him to Liverpool. It gave him the ick. Deal is done. 🇪🇨🔵 #CFC

Seems to have a huge hard on for Potter and follows him from club to club wherever he goes. Must be hugely frustrated that no club wants to offer Graham a job LOL.

August 11, 20232 yr I’ve been very much in the “let’s move on “ camp regarding Caicedo until the last week or so. I watched a 5 Brighton games from last season and he’s much better and more effective than I had originally thought. It’s a bit lazy but the similarities with Kante are there and he’s likely to get better. £115 million though? Absolutely radio rental. If we also get Lavia we are set for years with Santos also. Still need a bit of experience in the team though.
August 11, 20232 yr 100 And Whatever It Is, Even In This Market Is Downright Stupid, Yeah Caicedo Is A Good Player, But He Ain't A Quality Game Changer In Midfield Similar To Kante I'd Much Rather Spend It On Tchouameni Or Get Another Striker As Well As A DM Rather Than Just A DM
August 11, 20232 yr My own feeling is that we very much need to replace nkunku with another goal scorer. If we get Caicedo I cannot see the merit in also getting Lavia when we need another attacker.
