Enzo Caicedo and Lavia/Santos with palmer and if it’s not too early estevao. The two 10s can drift wide and be wingers and Enzo can push on and change to a 4-2-3-1 at times too. Palmer would be back to his best position and Enzo would have quality and legs around him in midfield to get the best out of him.

I just hope no major damage - if its too swollen/sore to play Sunday, while a huge loss, we can live with that vs the bigger picture of a worse injury.Speedy recovery Moi!!
July 10, 20251 yr I hope we don't play him half fit, will just ruin next season for him. Play Santos who looked a more than adequate replacement.
July 11, 20251 yr In most recent YouTube team training video, Moi was present with everyone else. It appeared everyone that played a significant amount of minutes were simply in trainers and what I guess they call a recovery day; others were in boots and training. Moi was there, and while I’m sure he is in pain and swollen, you wouldn’t know from him being present. Hopefully that’s a good sign.
July 11, 20251 yr While it'd be a good opportunity to test ourselves against the best side in the world at the moment, I feel we've more than accomplished our goals for this tournament already, and I'd rather we risk losing this one than derail our season by losing Caicedo. Get Andrey in there and maybe sub in Caicedo if by any chance we're winning 1-0 by the 70th minute mark.

August 7, 2025Aug 7 Looking forward to the day he gets the recognition he deserves. Not even in the Balon d’Or nominations.

Doue got nominated based on 6 good months which included CL so europe has a heavy bias I'm sure,

August 24, 2025Aug 24 Caicedo is a truly fantastic player, we are lucky and honoured to have him here. On Friday against West Ham he completely out-performed their entire midfield single handed. It was phenomenal, and in his spare time he scored a goal and cleared a shot from inside the six yard box. Marvellous. ❤️
August 24, 2025Aug 24 Lots of potential world class players over the next few years at the Bridge but Caicedo is without doubt at that level already. His consistency puts him above Palmer in my opinion at the moment.
August 24, 2025Aug 24 I’m going to say it quietly but if he carries on this trajectory and with this high level of consistency, he gets in ahead of Maka or Kante for me. Absolute Rolls Royce of a player.

A while to go yet but the signs are promising. As long as injury gods are kind to him he will be what we never truly got with Michael Essien, a physically-dominant midfielder with serious attacking skills.

ATM probably the best in his role in Europe. Love watching him play, but has long way to go to surpass the three Kante brothers.
