I'd have gone for Guirassy. Tall, fast striker that likes to drop and link up play, bringing in overlapping midfielders,  but with a decent goal output as well. We have seen it with Ben, is just a matter of time before Nkunku, Wes Fofana and Reece James are told they need to sign incentive based deals or will be forced out.

He doesn’t even have a squad number now, the number 9 has gone to Lukaku, will just be training with the u21’s until January basically.

Makes no sense sticking him in the u21s till Jan & watching him lose value. The €100m they were after is €65m  presently, stick him in the u21s & they will be lucky to get €40m in Jan

That would obviously be the sensible option but I suspect internal relations have broken down beyond repair. The question is, when will he wake up to the fact that his agent has well and truly screwed him?

When is the deadline date for them to submit their squad?

For us it's Sept 13th, not sure in rgds to Serie A. But they'll have until their deadline to ship him out. Agreed though, his agent is a donkey.
