So sad that all we’ll remember is his misses today because Gallagher has been phenomenal

I can't believe some of the stick he's getting here today,  he's been outsanding so far. It's not his fault we don't have a recognised striker to put the chances away.

Gusto is miles ahead of Chilwell, I'm sorry but it has to be said. Chilly goes sideways and backwards far too often for my liking.

Even James, fit and all, would find the competition stiff.

Well, with all the misses and chances he's had Gallagher is the only one fighting for that blue shirt today...the rest have not understood what wearing a blue shirt in a final is all about.   It's been an awesome display of mediocre football from our team and in fairness even with all the injuries Liverpool have been the hungrier of the two teams.    My fear is losing this will be a set back for the squad especially for the young players and certainly the manager.

We lost 3 finals to Liverpool…Demba Ba was not involved

What I'd give to have someone with Ba's composure. I know he flailed around like an inflatable tube in the wind, but he always knew how to find the back of the net.

Should’ve won it in regular time.

That is our starting XI out there minus James.

Of course but we are too sh*t.

For 96 minutes we proved why we've been midtable for two consecutive seasons. Thats our level enough though we'll come away with a lucky trophy here.

Level after 90 mins against the team of the century is not that bad really.

The number of clear (and fairly easy) chances we had to score and then bolloxed up is mind blowing.

Gusto isn’t a downgrade on Reece either.

It sums him up as a footballer. Phenomenal work rate, very poor end product.

He’s Mason Mount with better energy but less end product. Not that Mason was a particularly high bar to begin with.

I’d kill for a midfielder that can consistently score and assist. How spoiled we were with a decade of Lamps.
