Chelsea vs Everton (PL) Sat 26th Apr 12:30 GMT

I actually enjoyed the performance. Had we been clinical this could’ve ended 3 or 4-0.

But this is what we needed. Palmer has become a net negative, and Jackson will be Jackson, so our wingers and everyone else needs to step up.

this team is so hard to watch

Christ - I nearly turned it off - 2nd half we sat back and said come and score if you can - f**king awful.

What kind of a message does it send out when George only get's 5 minutes at the end after he came on last week and got us back in the game ???

We have to get a new manager this guy is killing the players and fans.

A win, but another sh*te performance

Good in parts but generally, as usual, very inconsistent. I don't see us winning any of the remaining games, maybe a few draws, unless Palmer gets his confidence back because right now it is shot.

Could have played all day and Everton wouldn't have scored. Good win but we weren't challenged at al.

If it wasn't for Sanchez making two great saves, especially the 2nd one, we would have lost. If the game had another 15 minutes, we would have been punished. We couldn't keep the ball.

If it wasn’t for Pickford then Noni would’ve had a hattrick.

It's ridiculous that Jackson started again after his sh*t performance last week. Sure he scored but was completely useless for the rest of the game and will probably be if we start him in the last three games

And there it is. Probably our last league win of the season.

Might beat Utd, but I think if Liverpool win the league this weekend, they might ease off and we might steal a point together with a point against Forest and Newcastle if Newcastle have already secured a CL spot. I still think we finish 6th or 7th we just threw so many easy points away during the season so we can only blame ourselves......and certainly the manager with his poor team selection and tactics.

The win we needed. Positives - Jackson goal, Sanchez performance, Lavia playing

concerns remain. Just not a convincing performance at all, and defense opened up all too easily. And a lack of goals and real threatening output.

Chelsea never do it the easy way though. Would be boring.

I think our form may be on a slight upward trajectory but it's probably too little too late. Thought Enzo, Cucurella, Neto, Caicedo and Chalobah where solid enough but Palmer really needs to wake himself up.

Who's the new goalie?

Yes, but to say Everton were never going to score just isn't true. Not with our defence, not with how many mistakes we make under pressure.

We just don't create chances. Jackson's goal was as the result of an everton f**k up, we had a couple of madueke efforts after he dribbled, and the disallowed goal for offside. When do we ever create chances out of good team play and movement?
