I would happily wait 5 years if we had young players with great potential but we don't have nearly enough for the money spent. In 5 years, the actual good talent will be at psg and Barcelona.

Apparently Mbeumo is available for around £50m. One year left on his contract. Much more experienced, Premier League proven, and scores goals. We have a youngster in Estevao come here in the summer why not bring in a proven player rather than another project player? Why do we always seem to ignore obvious upgrades?

Like Mbeumo, he's the sort of gritty player we can use to bully defences in another way

He seems able to play with both his feet, which is 2 more than all our current wingers. I'll take that.
