Upsetting but expected. We are a mid-table team with a mix of mediocre and okish players under a wannabe manager. We have to accept it. In just over an hour there will be a proper football match in Spain if anyone wants to enjoy all elements of real football - passion, skills, wit, style, desire - something that we have not seen in our club for many years now.

That performance was typical of Chelsea this season. Underwhelming. Toothless. Lacking direction. I'm Maresca out - I think several of our players could produce more with better leadership from the coach/manager

Because they have lost 16 games this season and are utterly abysmal. It doesn't matter how much they won't want to lose at home again, they're not good enough to stop it from happening.

People forgetting City failed to win at Southampton yesterday (how many people would have said that), we all thought we would struggle today if you are honest, so dont be surprised if Forest blow up today

I didn't think we'd beat Newcastle before the match, but with City slipping up it was our one chance to cement ourselves in the top 5.

FWIW, Colwill was excellent today. He did superb. Isak barely had a sniff and was quite poor for the whole game.

I didn't expect a win, but I expect the players to turn up. Newcastle should have been out of sight in the first half, we were atrocious. How do you turn up to such a big game looking so disinterested?

Lose the game, but lose with some dignity. They gave a good go of it in the 2nd half, but the damage was done in the 1st thanks to how the players approached the game, and the idiocy of our clown striker.
