you seriously think our best chance to qualify for CL was to beat Newcastle at their home ground, who have a notoriously good home record, and an especially good record against us in recent years?

So terribly weak start to the game and sheer stupidity from Jackson, but a valiant effort in the second. Need Arsenal to do us a favor next week.

Seeing as this is Jackson’s last game this season I will give my conclusion. While some think he has potential and I can see some of it, however he has a lot to learn and that is the problem. How is he going to do that when he’s thick as pig sh*t?

I see this exact same Jackson playing in 5, 6 years time with no improvement or change.

I have a sneaking suspicion this may be a blessing in disguise. We've still got to get results against Utd and Forest, which actually seems more likely without Jackson in the team.

I hope it also signals to the sporting directors how desperately we need to sign a proper striker.
