I be perfectly honest I could stomach this defeat if Maresca got sacked after this result but he won't and we'll have more matches when his decisions make no sense to most people.

Now I calmed down a bit, I don’t hate that he took off palmer, detrimental to this game but long season, risking your best player just back form an injury, played in mid week, we got CL and a title we have a squad (if these individual errors are addressed) that can compete, we aren’t the same without palmer and not risking him in a lost cause in the rain might be the smartest move

Maresca not being a top manager does not excuse some of the performances today.

I’m confused here did palmer “have to come off” or he brought him off to protect him. Judging by palmers reaction he was raging to be taken off which would indicate he thought he could play and wasn’t in pain
