It seems to be a culture at this club that we don’t use up too much energy in the 1st half and try and step it up in the 2nd half.

The running in the 1st half of matches is terrible, it’s like the club believes that if you play well in the 2nd half the 1st half doesn’t really matter.

There's a lot wrong at this club from top to bottom but I'm convinced that if when Maresca went they brought in a proper elite manager we would still be challenging.

It 's bad enough buying too many young players some admittedly with huge potential but with not many experienced players in the squad to help bring them on the only real hope is a quality manager.

I think a lot of their mistakes, a lot of their can't be bothered to run errors and a lot of the all round performances are coaching issues and a top coach would be coaching that out of them.

I don't see CL for a while with this approach and although I've supported Chelsea for 60 years I've become as spoiled as the newer fans with the expectancy.

We all need to bring that down about three levels...

We look like a mid table team and we play like a team fighting relegation.
