May 31, 201610 yr hope we start being linked to more than just average players soon.Yeah I'm sensing another stinker. Rudiger and Lichtsteiner. Very underwhelming. I guess that's the way we operate these days.
May 31, 201610 yr Blind appears to be on the way out of United, Incredibly versatile player wouldn't mind seeing him at CFC
May 31, 201610 yr Chelsea reported to be in talks with "exceptionally large alligator" http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/may/31/giant-alligator-panics-golfers-as-it-ambles-across-course-in-flordia Wouldnt mind him next to Fabregas offering protection to the back line
May 31, 201610 yr According to Gazzetta we have just lodged a bid of 20 million euros for Kwadwo Asamoah from Juventus.
May 31, 201610 yr Rudiger just signed Roma on a permanent deal. Doubt he's off. there was a rumour (theory?) that they sign Rudiger on permanent just so they can reap profit from his sale. before he was only a loan player though i hope they don't sell him, at least not to us. not exciting enough lol

May 31, 201610 yr Wouldnt mind him next to Fabregas offering protection to the back line He'd be sent off for eating the players.
May 31, 201610 yr United's manager has said he wont be singing anyone from Portugal, very strange thing to say
June 1, 201610 yr Not sure if serious but Chelsea in for Asamoah Gyan. If fit obviously a top class striker and a better option than Falcao, Remy, Pato. Would be great both as a starter and as a fallback option. http://www.caughtoffside.com/2016/05/31/chelsea-transfer-news-asamoah-gyan-considered-by-blues/ But like Asamoah... he hasn't played much instead nurturing injury to injury...

Nope! We need to aim higher than this
June 1, 201610 yr Hopefully just a rumour made up by some sh*tty reporter who overheard someone saying we made a bid for Asamoah and assumed / made a story up about Asamoah Gyan.
June 1, 201610 yr Hopefully just a rumour made up by some sh*tty reporter who overheard someone saying we made a bid for Asamoah and assumed / made a story up about Asamoah Gyan. It's only being reported by mediocre websites, nothing to it thankfully
June 1, 201610 yr If fit arguably one of the best strikers a mid-level EPL side can hope for. Else we can stay with pipe dreams about Morata, Aubemeyang, Cavani, Higuain, etc. Edited June 1, 201610 yr by Jon Stakes
June 1, 201610 yr It seems that there will only be the scraps left on the table by the time someone from our boardroom and the manager get their act together. Utd and City will be spending big, Arsenal have already spent a few quid and so will Liverpool. Unless our scouting team have already identified some superstars in some far off land I think we will be f**ked when it comes to trying to buy any one of any note playing in the Euro's or Coppa America. And if Roman is desperate for European football our home grown talent probably won't get much of a look in next season. In Emenalo we trust...

June 1, 201610 yr Saw an article on twitter earlier about an interview with Piet De Visser where he said he believes this will be his busiest summer yet and similar to '03 and '08. Am i the only one that hopes we don't go overboard and sign loads and loads of players?
June 1, 201610 yr No chance. I want this summer to be like when I played fifa for the first time minus lichtstenier, nainnggolan and all the other dross we seem to be linked with lately. After what us fans had to endure last season we deserve to be abit greedy.
June 1, 201610 yr Great, the daft statements about us signing no one /Crewe reserves/Pele and being left behind have started, 1st of June. Great. Gonna be a long few months.
June 1, 201610 yr Great, the daft statements about us signing no one /Crewe reserves/Pele and being left behind have started, 1st of June. Great. Gonna be a long few months. It's pretty annoying that no one ever looks at our past track records regarding signing new players. There are a few leaks here and there, but we've been usually pretty secretive about our transfers until the contract with the player is signed (I know there were a few exceptions).
June 1, 201610 yr Transfer latest: Seems to be issue over the fee for nainggolan. We are interested in koulibaly according to di marzio (most credible source) Mkrityhan refuses contract and both us and arsenal are interested. We are also interested in marquinhos. If we were able to get all 4 of those it would be a fantastic transfer window. None of them are unattainable players neither, so we'll see. I hope we don't just give up essily on our main targets though just for the sake of saving money.
