I don't think Lukaku and Costa would be a particularly complementary partnership. I think if either was to be paired up with a striking partner it would have to be with someone more creative and less of a target man. A player like Rooney or Bergkamp would be ideal.

Jose might have realised he made a mistake by underating Lukaku but his ego wont permit him to try to sign him for Utd.

Not good enough to be a starter for us and doesn't want to be a backup. I don't see the point of spending a world class money on Lukaku.
