The thing is that now FFP is around, it's hard for a team to 'buy' success. You can look long-term and improve the infrastructure around the club and hope that translates into success 10-15 years down the line but you can't go out and but Ronaldo and expect instant results.

FFP is a joke and it always has been. There are so many holes in it. Look at how City are getting around it. Barca got banned from signing players but that ban got lifted so they could sign a few players and then it was inforced again.

PSG dont give a sh*t about it. The go and spend 50 million and a half decent defender.

How Real havent been done yet is beyond me.

I feel people are bigging up a Bournemouth win a bit too much now, like you say it's almost like a Liverpool victory would be an upset. I can see Liverpool going through fairly comfortably and 'answering their critics' only to come back down to Earth over the Christmas period.

I watched them and didn't know whether to laugh or cry to be honest. Do they have no pride at all ?

Had I not voted for Adryan, the first bloke (a finger in the chest knocks him over like he's been hit by a HGV) would have been my choice.

I agree Weatherman about the lack of pride.

Voted for Arjen Robben. That dive actually made me angry at the time for robbing Mexico while the Adryan just made me laugh.

I went for Suarez simply for the audacity to try to play the victim when you just bit someone in the shoulder. I remember thinking that it was some sort of dream when it happened. My second place vote would actually go to the Giancarlo Gonzalez one. The way he reacted to getting poked in the chest kills me everytime.

 

But really it is hard to pick a favorite as they are all so awful.
