Ruben Loftus-Cheek

Featured Replies

Yeah, Newcastle definitely would be better for his confidence. He'll have the chance to become a star there, at West Ham he'll struggle to get games. Something needs to be done now

Chelsea are willing to let Ruben Loftus-Cheek out on loan but want him to play regular football.

The league leaders would also prefer for the 20-year-old to play at a Premier League rival to gain greater experience.

So far, Chelsea have fielded more than 10 enquiries for the England U21 international midfielder with Championship clubs such as Newcastle United at the fore.

don't think he'll be starting / get a lot of minutes in the prem me thinks, need to go to the championship but fsw wants to play him on the wing so he can f**k off

'Brighton boss Chris Hughton is poised to land a huge coup by beating a host of Premier League clubs to the signing of Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek, reports the Daily Mirror.

Antonio Conte is ready to ratify the 20-year-old’s loan move to the AMEX Stadium after his failure to break into the Premier League leaders’ first team on a regular basis.

Conte feels the Sky Bet Championship leaders Brighton offer Loftus-Cheek a better chance of first-team football, which would see West Ham miss out on the promising youngster.'

Should have buried his chance but he had a good game overall. In the heart of virtually all our promising attacks and made a very nice assist for Batshuayi. A loan would be the best for him though as he sorely needs minutes. But unless we bring in an AM then I don't think we can take any chances given how we don't have a huge amount of depth at in these positions.

He was impressive yesterday, probably the best out of the youth set up that started. He needs to do this on a regular basis and Conte won't ignore it.

Good game by Chalobah too.

Looked good and certainly tried hard. However, he always looks good against lower league teams. He needs to start taking his moments against prem teams.

He has played a total of 9 minutes in the PL this season. Hard to take anything off those "moments". Not that i am complaining about his game time because simply put we have just one competition to play in and he simply is not in the plans.

But the kid can only do good when he is given an oppurtunity.

Don't wanna get too excited given the opposition but that was mighty good. would like to see him stay and get more games when we're winning comfortably or even perhaps Conte should be bold and bring him on if we're struggling. He needs games.

I'm still not happy with his workrate, but he looked a bit more composed and confident on the ball the other day.
