De Bruyne back?

I know they're not that reliable... but Hazard was speaking highly of him yesterday. I would absolutely love to watch De Bruyne link up with Hazard. He's absolute gem of a player. I was pretty sad when Jose sold him last season without giving him any real chances to prove him self.

Oscar is still pretty much very inconsistent... if we're to do well in Europe and in the league, we'd be need  a more consistent #10... which De Bruyne is proving to be and he's still fairly young just 23 years old and is already so good... imagine how good will he be in the near future.

He's the best creative player this season, and Wolfsburgs reps have already said that he won't be there for long.

What you think? I know it's bit silly to buy back a player who've we recently sold, but it's worth it for me imo, just like Matic.

He'll never be back. Mourinho isn't about to re-sign a player he sold only a year ago.

While it's great to see De Bruyne doing well for himself in the Bundesliga, some players suit certain leagues and there's no guarantee he'd be a success here if he was to return. I think he'd be better off staying at Wolfsburg (for the good of the league) or moving to Bayern.

Personally i'd prefer us to sign Modric.

Cannot see roman being happy to hand over 50mill for a player he signed for 7mill and let Jose sell for 18mill.

Hardly a way for us to maintain our ffp is it?

If we are going in to the silly money, better just go for bale. Another home grown that way and we know he can star in the PL.

I don't think he wants to return anytime soon. It seems we missed a chance to have another great midfielder. Jose didn't give him many chances to shine.

Yeah cause we know for sure he'll be great and that he would have succeeded here, seriously getting bored of this crap. It's like the people hoing on about Mo Salah, he's oerforming for a club that doesn't carry the same pressures ours does and a league that is nowhere near as intense as ours.

de bruyne will end up at a top club though where pressure is just the same as it is at chelsea

And he may also fail there

I think that all these comments about he may have failed here is clutching at straws. It sucks watching this guy set the bundesliga alight. He's class for his national team and for the clubs that have given him a chance. We missed an opportunity here, i'd swap any of willian, oscar or cuadrado for this guy in a heartbeat.

I think those saying he didn't get a chance are clutching at straws personally he had a fair few games and failed to do anything of note in any of them. Tearing up a like that players like Pizarro and Voronin have does nothing to make me think he'd have been world class for us.

Only made 9 appearances and started 2 league games.

PSG, Bayern and Man City want to sign him for € 50-60 mil.

I guess he will play another season for Wolfsburg: Champions League + I think he has a special bond with that club & supporters now, for various reasons (succesful season, Jr Malanda,..)

Also agree that Bundesliga might be the league that suits him best.

Unless he will be a definite starter, seeing no point buying him back for an excessive fee. If I had a choice, I would bank 70M+ on Bale, rather than DB, who may end up playing a rotation role again.

Trying to defend against a team playing away with 10 men for 2 thirds of the game and being bossed in midfield with a man advantage, before losing... I don't mean to be rude but I thought It really was quite humiliating. (Certainty very lucky to get a draw in Paris.)
