Yea I usually ain't quick judging new players but cuadrado didn't impress me at all so far , not one time...

Not sold on Cuadrado he just looks poor and every one carries on about his pace but he got burnt afew times today, can forgive the likes of Haz & Ivan having off days as they earned it, not the worst result ever i think Joses gameplan was dont lose to Liverpool so mission accomplished i guess.

we really need to examine the terms of the sale & see if we can get a refund of some sort. Sorry but personally not buying the preseason angle, it is clutching at straws.

Salah mark II for me.

In fact that's harsh on Salah at least he did some things to suggest he was a competent player. Cuadrado has done zilch. Why we sold Schurrle for him is baffling.

By all means sell Schurrle but to then pay more money for a worse player is shocking on our part, could have just given Salah game time or got Mosses/Piazon back from loan and then waited until the summer to see who was available.

Great first ten minutes, pretty bad all round after that bar a few players (Remy, RLC)

Courtois - 7/10

 

Luis - 4/10 - I struggle to see why we signed him. A few decent crosses every now and then, but he offers little else in either direction.

Terry - 8/10

Zouma - 6.5/10 - Taken off injured early on, so not much to judge on

Ivanovic - 6/10 - Giving away stupid fouls and out of position a lot, nothing new

 

Mikel - 5/10 - Okay in the first half, awful in the 2nd

Loftus-Cheek - 6.5/10 - Looked composed and not out of place

 

Hazard - 5/10 - Poor game by his standards, didn't really do much

Fabregas - 6/10 - Some really sh*t passing and should have more shots on the edge of the box instead of passing it back again

Willian - 6.5/10 - Had his moments.

 

Remy - 6.5/10 - Starved of any decent service, but held up play well

 

Subs:

 

Cahill - 6/10 - Lost his man at the corner, put in a few good challenges

Matic - 7/10

Cuadrado - 2/10 - Takes something special to be that poor when only given 10 minutes

You can say what you want about Cuadrado not being given enough time, needing to blend in etc. But lets be real here; he looks like a dire footballer EVERY time he touches the ball. Poor ball control, poor strength on the ball, poor vision, poor finishing and poor decision making. He looks like a less skilled version of Gervinho

I actually thought it wasn't bad game in all honesty.

Draw was probably a fair result overall but we really should have won it from the first half really.

Mikel was one of our best players first half. And yes, he was nowhere near as good 2nd half but he wasn't alone in that. Luis went backwards, Remy was virtually anonymous and gave us nothing to aim for in the box, and Hazard had the worst game I have seen him play. Yet guess who gets all the abuse?

Huge difference between the first and second half. Wanted us to win, but I'd take this point after this performance. We're still unbeaten, let's complete this meaning untill the end of the season.

It was telling a lot of the players hadn't trained all week, at this level the half yard it gives you is vital. The fringe players didn't really do themselves justice today,RLC did well. Season is all but over now... it's been a good one.

Terry, Luis and Fabregas were our best performers on the day. I really think Luis is getting a raw deal here, i think he is top class. He should be a regular starter in my opinion. He links up well with the midfield, he crosses the ball well and he can pass. I also think his tackling is top notch, him, Terry and Matic are brilliant at it.

I wish we could mount a proper counterattack, seems we can't make it past 2-3 passes before we loose momentum.

Thought it was funny in context of what he was saying, don't give it out if you can't take it. 

Disappointed by Luis and Mikel today. There's been a lot of (understandably) sloppy play all round, but they've been among the worst culprits. I would've expected big shifts from the fringe players with points to prove.

Hard to judge in a game that means nothing, but I'm doubting either will be with us next season.

Hope Zouma's OK, and I hope Loftus-Cheek partners Matic next week.

I don't know why you are both getting on Luis back. He was very good today, his tackling was spot on and he played some decent passes throughout.
