None. Both overrated and the fans, as usual,  exaggerate  their real value. Had you been listening to the mass, you would have noticed great talent and future stars in Gael Kakuta, Miroslav Stoch, Josh McEchran, Cork, Jeffrey Brouma etc etc. Where are they now? I swear, people were hyped about them just as passionately as they are now for the new "mega stars".

And guess what? I'll tell you the respond that is coming - they will remind me Sallah, De Brewin, Lukaku, like I'm not aware with the fact that at that moment of their just walking carreers they were expensive AF and they were ready to deliver immediately. Not like these kids, unable to impress the coaches and earn themselves 20 minutes on the pitch. But yeah, it's our fault, right... 

If we are able to steal 20+ millions for Christensen, I'd be more than happy.

No way do we let Christensen leave on loan in January. 

He might want to leave but end of the day we hold his contract and we put ourselves first. One injury to either of Rudiger or Luiz and we'd be short of options.

I was thinking the exact same, would be stupid to let our 3rd choice CB leave on loan. With him gone and also rumors of Cahill wanting to go, who do we have as a backup CB...?

Gaz has done well in the minutes he’s got the season and seems to have forced himself ahead of Andreas in the managers mind and I don’t think Ampadu has done anything in his appearance to make us worried about using him.

We could even use Dave if we're that desperate or call Paulo back from whatever he does at the club these days!

He's starting tomorrow so that should stop his dad moaning for another week.

Thought he had a solid game, still doesn't come close to Luiz or Rudiger when it comes to distribution though. nailed on 3rd choice at the moment.

I'd be interested to see his aerial stats. I feel like every time I see him go up for a long ball with an attacker, the attacker wins it.

To be fair, his dad doubles as his agent. So think of it as agent speak, rather than an overbearing father.

If GC played enough you'll remember why we wanted him gone 

Before his old man goes gobbing off in the future about Christensen not playing maybe they should look at the reason why he's not getting picked in the first place? 

Doesn't seem overly suited to Sarri's possession based system. There's an expectation on the centre backs to play out, move the ball forwards and not just play 5 yard passes. 

Christensen is a safety first defender and doesn't trust himself to play the sort of passes Rudiger and Luiz do regularly. It's not even about hitting 30 yard cross field passes but just playing into the midfield beyond the anchor. 

That Sarri hooked him for Luiz to see out the game, to me, says a lot about how much he trusts him. 

Don't think we can rule out him leaving and us bringing in a new centre back as was rumoured during the summer. 

He is a safety first defender and yet the biggest risk for the team when on the ball. 

Just sell him while he still has some value. to Monchenglacbach, Nice or some team of this calibre.

Very passive last night, when Luiz came on he was instructing players where to move (something Ampadu seems to have the balls to do). Sorry to be so harsh on him but I don't see much scope for improvement in his game.

I had high hopes for him so its really disappointing to see the way he's going now. That mistake in the CL started the rot and he simply hasn't got over it. No confidence and just doesn't look anywhere near good enough for us now. Loan him yet again or sell while we might get a decent offer for him? He's had chances and sadly he's not taking them. I can't see him making at Chelsea now, so I'd take the money.
