Not a great performance but job done. 8 points clear going into 2 very very big games. Moses was my man of the match. I thought he got forward well, he created a goal, and defended well.

Really good weekend for us, and worth pointing out that the lucky Gooners, our closest chasers 8 points back, have more matches left against the likely Top six than anyone else, and currently sit bottom of the Big Six mini-league  :)

Yes the games against Liverpool followed by Arsenal will be the title deciders, definitely need to beat Arsenal at home and it will be tough to get anything at Anfield if we don't show up....it's not over yet by a long way.

I f**king love seeing Luiz out there in the blue. He always puts a smile on my face.

He scared the bejeezus out of me a few times this afternoon, lucky to get away with a few situations.

Massively important 3 points.  Were dominant in the first half but lacked  end product. Got sloppy in the second half and Hazard having a mare made things worse but we pulled through in the end. Well done lads.

Overall I thought we were pretty poor .especially 2nd half right up until the 2nd goal. We were giving the ball away far too easily and hull probably deserved more.

nontheless, we managed to put our chances away

Hull played well, should have had a pen, that's one of the Skys main talking points, though we should have had a pen, should have been playing ten men, should have been one up earlier, gets glossed over, but Sky are joke. We didn't play brilliantly, but with determination we got the win and defended very well at times, great win. Gary Cahill gets a lot of stick, I've said myself he makes too many mistakes, but when he's on his game he's very good and scores a lot of important goals, class act, the jcls insulting him on Twitter are incredibly stupid.

Big 3 points. We didn't play that welll but we increased our lead over Liverpool and Spurs, which is good. WE need to turn up at Anfield or we will get punished and we need to play better against Arsenal. Getting points out of those two matches will be imperative. Onwards and upwards.

not the best performance, got a bit lucky with that alonso pen

i think cesc had more successful tackles than matic all afternoon, plus almost two assist in just 15 minutes

he must start at anfield

We looked nervous for some reason, I wonder if that late arsenal goal affected us somehow, along with the knowledge that a victory would take us so far ahead. But 3 points is what we needed and what we got, so job done.

England firsters such as Paul Merson and Phil Thompson should shut up and take notice, Marco Silva has Hull looking far more tactically coherent than they ever were under Phelan and it's only taken a fortnight.

I agree, Cesc should be in the starting eleven.

Pedro and Hazard were not at their best tonight.

They come on in the 2nd half and scavenge for gold, like chelsae pirates.

Good win but extremely nervous, not sure on the tactic of dropping off once in front, we handed the initiative to Hull and fortunatly they weren't good enough to take advantage. Bringing on Cesc settled us as got hold of the ball more. Good weekend though for us  overall, if we are good enough maybe we will be celebrating in May.
