That must be what it is Val, the pain was really unbearable for a while there...

The pain was bothering even me, remarkable isn't it!

Epic finish to an epic season - a fitting send off for Chelsea's greatest ever defender.

Who needs the most PL points when you have the most PL wins? :JC_doubleup:

On another note, although he's faced relatively weak PL opposition it is heartening to see Michy take his chances when offered. He is certainly more limited than Costa at his best, but he's an impressive poacher.

Hope everyone is basking in the glory. I've sunk about 7 bottles and have work tomorrow. Loving it now not so much tomorrow no doubt.

Enjoy everyone, we deserve it.

Pity JT has a midlands accent..I just saw Crooks and co whinging about JT's send off, bunch of salty c**ts, the only guard crooks would get is the one throwing him out of the all you can eat fat c**t.

Choked me up watching JT earlier can't believe it's the last we'll see of him in a Chelsea shirt but what a career.::clap2::

Garth Crooks is a knob pure and simple.

THANK YOU JT CAPTAIN LEADER LEGEND.::ChELSeAFaN::

Great send off. What a way to bow out JT. Sad day for the club. Our future is bright with Antonio at the helm. Up the CHELS. I do feel mobile phones should be banned for the team. Disrespectful going up to the podium sending texts and taking selfies. Lap up the moment and enjoy it.

What a satisfying party that was, annoyed not to not see the game and JT's guard of honour but it was all about the celebration's today. I love securing the title before the last home game because you get two glorious moment's for the price of 1, the sheer joy of sealing the title plus the pure satisfaction of lifting it Ofcourse both at the time like 2006 and 2010 is great aswell, but i just love having a week knowing we are about to lift English football's biggest prize.

The 93 point's is quite fitting aswell because in my opinion this is our best ever side save for the back to back title sides, a good transfers window and we could do that again.

Just got back to air  b n b in Pimlico

TOP day out at the Bridge...........words cannot do it justice, a tear or two shed (end) for JT

then 4 hrs in The Elk seemed like 4 minutes, flashbacks to the 70s, Eddie McCreadie in the West Stand  Chelsea fans best on the planet

LOVE you CHELSEA !

difficult to spell when rat arsd

Delighted today but just a wee wee moan. We were in East lower family today. Unlike the last 4 titles where the team did a full lap of honour with the trophy, the celebrations seemed entirely for the media and MH stand. By the time  some came around to us many had given up and left. Look at all the empty seats in shed upper in this shot I took.

Great day none the less. CHAMPIONS.IMG_2615.thumb.JPG.758a692e7307adb9d966e9fa575b6a1e.JPG

Back home from the game. A great day out. A few beers before and after the match. Wonderful party atmosphere at the Bridge. I've lost count of the number of games I've seen at the Bridge over the years but today's match was one of the most emotional I've attended. Sorry to see JT leave but what a wonderful servant he has been for the club. A great speech from him after the match. Lovely gesture to have Wisey bring the trophy onto the pitch. And for Eddie McCreadie to be in the crowd.

Now enjoying a couple of glasses of cask strength 25 year old Talisker whisky. No finer drink to celebrate another title. Now for beating Arsenal in the FA Cup final.

I can understand your thoughts. We were there two years ago and the players and coaches made a lap or two all the way around. I can still vividly remember Jose going first waving at all the fans as he went around showing his medal while the players were still posing with the trophy down at the other end. Then the players came around with the trophy while the stands were full. I remember Drogba jumping into the stands with the trophy for a minute and photos with fans.

Could tell early on it was set up different this year watching it live on TV.

Great and glorious day nonetheless. Wish I was there!!
