neymar dominating la ligue 1 makes you feel sorry for the other teams

PSG is way too rich to play for that league. The players that they have are heads and shoulders above everyone else. Last season was a freak year for Monaco's youngsters

I'm watching Barcelona and Deulofeu has just set up the first 2 goals......what is going on ? Is Deulofeu going to start being a good player now ?

The space Deulofeu keeps getting over there is bordering criminal.

I find La Liga quite boring really, it's the beginning of the new season but the games i watched today felt like mid season games. Also, every team plays the same way. It's no surprise Barcelona and Real Madrid score as much as they do in this league. It's basically whoever has the best attacking players wins, unless those players have off days. The way Barcelona and Real Madrid won today was so routine. Real Betis and Deportivo didn't do anything to stop Real Madrid and Barcelona, they just played the same style of football and eventually conceded goals and chances.

Every team seem's to play the same in Spain. Defensive tactics are neglected, it's all pass and move, that's it as far as tactics are concerned. In other leagues you have teams playing all kinds of different style's of football, but in Spain every game is exactly the same with the odd surprise result here and there.

Really impressive goal from Mooy. Early days, but he definitely looks PL-quality.

Huddersfield have started very well, but hopefully they don't become another Blackpool 2010/11, who burnt out after a good start.

Mourinho usually yanks him off after an hour or so. I don't think he ever lasted 90+ mins at Real

Reading about Joses days at Real, apparently Ozil was the only player in the team who was given specific duties to attack and defend. Could be why he never lasted

Samir Nasri allowed to leave City for nothing.

They're making huge loses all over the park. Wilfred Bony, bought for £28m is currently in no man's land.

Mangala bought for £40m looks likely to leave before the end of the window for a significantly reduced fee.

Then bearing in mind they've let the likes of Sagna, Kolorov, Hart, Clichy among others leave on free transfers and loan deals and they're just not recouping anything from their unwanted players which is in stark contrast to ourselves when you think of the money raised from player sales in the last year alone.

Doesn't matter though, like PSG they've got insanely rich owners who will just pump as much money as they need in.

Man Im I glad we didnt get Stones, one of the worst CBs in the league, hes got absolutely no clue about whats going on. 50 million and hes absolute pants
Was he at fault for the goal [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

What a bunch of babies the City players are. Every decision against them, they are moaning about. Everton are making some very good tackles and City players complain.

Although, i gotta admit, that second booking for Walker was a joke, all he did was bump into the Everton player.

But....but...he's English...and...and...he can pass the ball like no other English defender could before him

Disagree mate, he looked at him before driving his shoulder in to him. The intent was to hit the man, he wasn't interested in the ball. Gotta be booked for that.

Its unbelievable how little critisism he gets, he gets worse every game

Whilst I have no sympathy for city or specifically walker (who is always a snide c**t against us), I've got to say everton are one of the sneakiest, dirtiest teams in the league. Whenever we play them they always go in hard and late on our players yet collapse to the floor and surround the ref whenver we go near them (usually to get Costa sent off). It may be funny now them doing it to city but theyll try the same sh*te against us and the way refs are giving us nothing at the moment it could be painful.

I remember last season when people were saying Otamendi should be taking most of the blame and it was his mistakes that made Stones look worse.......what a load of bollocks is what i say to that. I don't think Otamendi is that good, but he is better than Stones and he shouldn't be blamed for Stones shoddy defensive abilities.

17/9  Everton

That's weeks away. If anything, Conte should be there given that we play Everton next week lol. Reeks of him scouting Pep's team to me.

If Pep doesn't win it this season, he should retire or join PSG. They've spent almost equal to our budget on fullbacks alone and the only fullback they have available is Danilo.
