October 29, 20178 yr You have to give it to Kane though, he has immense pressure and it still doesn't bother him. We always overhype our own players and it rarely helps them, Rooney was certainly one of them at a younger age, Kane just takes it on the chin and scores goals for fun.
October 29, 20178 yr I don't like this trend of players having their firstname on their shirt instead of their surname.
October 29, 20178 yr I don't like this trend of players having their firstname on their shirt instead of their surname. If that annoys you then what do you think about the Brazilians and their shirt names?

If they've got some ridiculously long full name, with about 7 different names, fine. But Jordon Ibe having "Jordon", Dele Ali having "Dele", Virgil Van Dijk having "Virgil", etc... annoys me. October 29, 20178 yr When I first saw that Guillem Balague had written a book called ‘Brave New World’ about Spurs and Poch, I thought it was a joke. Turns out it’s real! What can possibly be so interesting considering they haven’t even won a League Cup yet? Spurs fans are loving it though so I guess they’re the target market to be fair.

Just being pedantic but it is immaterial whether he interfered with play or not if he didn't touch the ball (which he did). Both players were onside when the ball was played so concept of interfering here.

October 29, 20178 yr Anyone watching this Girona vs RM? I wonder if this match will be a symbol for Catalan Independence?

I understand the reasoning behind Dele doing it, I’m not sure about Ibes reason but if I was Dijk I wouldn’t want that on my back either

What are Dele Alli's reasons?
October 30, 20178 yr Re Utd and Spurs I noticed the goal they scored and think it has implications for us. It was a late goal and I suspect Mourinho told Lukaku to go up against Alderwerald knowing he would win the header and Dier would be slow to react, allowing Martial to score. He also knows Azpi and Luiz, think we need the big boys at the back for the upcoming match against Utd with Azpi moving to RWB.

Pretty much the same but his mother gave him up when he 13 too because she was an alcoholic. He says he doesn’t have any connection to the name.
October 31, 20178 yr Scotland Yard & spudz found those piss tossing fans & have provided them with some penalties
October 31, 20178 yr Probably not the right thread for this but couldn't think of anywhere else to post it. Shows how times have changed.
October 31, 20178 yr http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41818083 The world's best fans again. I'm guessing that there is documented evidence that this happened, unlike the unsubstantiated story about Frisk that was never passed to the police, but which still gets used against us to this day. I'm guessing that these death threats won't have the same coverage or the same longevity.
October 31, 20178 yr The difference might be if I recall correctly was that Frisk got multiple death threats.
October 31, 20178 yr Liverpool fans sending out death threats again? Can't say i'm surprised. Did it to Gerrard when he wanted to come to us. That lot will are the scum of the earth that are offended by everything will no moral compass.

There was never any proof provided, either that the threats existed at all, or, if they did, that they came from Chelsea fans. Frisk was a narcissistic self-publiciser of the worst order.

Fair enough, do you know what happened to him after as wiki's last mention revolves around the CL match between us and Barcelona?
