"Ross Barkley created more chances (84) than any other U23 player in Europe's top 5 leagues last season."

2nd was Thomas Lemar with 72, 3rd Dembele with 63.

I imagine the others produced more goals though.

November/Schmovember - he still ain't what we need or should be wanting.  Another one who's potential far outshone his actuality.  I'd honestly rather have a slimmer squad than have barkley or chamberlain in the squad.  I'm still undecided about Drinkwater, but lean towards no, if pushed.

I would suggest that that stat is at best inaccuarate and at worst completely made up.

He played 36 games in all competitions last season and created 84 "chances"?

Scored a paltry 5 goals.
