August 29, 20187 yr Move over RLC, the SFL second coming has arrived. At least that’s what @RIP Mourinho has told me.
September 1, 20187 yr Ill put this out there. Mason is between 80 and 100/1 (depending on the bookie) to be Championship top scorer, he's scored 4 (two in the cup admittedly) and came close a further 5 ish times. I don't usually bet but this is defiantly worth a cheeky tenner.
September 5, 20187 yr A nice read here about the rise of Mason Mount. He is such an exciting player, really hopes he makes it to our first team at some point: https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/sep/04/mason-mount-tough-way-chelsea-england-career
September 5, 20187 yr Didn’t know he was from Portsmouth, that explains why he’s going to be a world beater
September 11, 20187 yr Another MOM performance from Mason today, this time for the England u21's. Also got himself on the score sheet (along with Tammy who he provided the assist for).
September 22, 20187 yr Scored again today lovely looking free kick https://twitter.com/brettsims10/status/1043507878399811586?s=20
September 23, 20187 yr Needs to learn to impose himself on the game a bit more. Seems to go hiding a little. Massive talent and I think Lamps will make him into a top player.
September 26, 20187 yr Looks a talent for sure he would fit in our midfield nicely if he gets the chance Edited September 26, 20187 yr by Cone
September 26, 20187 yr If he keeps up the good performances this season, can see him leap-frogging RLC.
September 26, 20187 yr Becoming better and better. Shoutout to Tomori as well, very talented defender.
October 3, 20187 yr What are your thoughts on potentially giving Derby permission to play Mount (and Tomori) against us in the Carabao Cup? I know it strengthens Derby significantly, but I'd be inclined to let them both play.

I'd let them play tbh, good experience for them and if we can't beat a full strength Derby should we really be going that much further in this competition?

Yeah I agree. Plus, it gives us a chance to have a real good look at them both against top quality premier league opposition.
October 3, 20187 yr When we played against Atletico and they applied for a permission to play Courtois I was against. But in this game, I wouldn't mind seeing them both playing. Good experience for them, they're needed for Debry.
October 3, 20187 yr Yeah, let them play. If we lose to a Derby side, even with a couple of our players playing for them, we deserve to be out. No use denying the lads another chance at a big game.
October 10, 20187 yr Have just read that we've denied Derby's request to field Mount and Tomori against us in the Carabao Cup. I feel disappointed for them both, it'd have been great experience for them.
