Very very poor first half from us. Need some serious improvement in the second half if we were to get anything from this game. Man City have been by far the better side.

On the ball, that was a really poor half of football from us. Couldn't play it out from the back, couldn't play it well in midfield and since Morata has gone off, we have looked awful up front.

I think we actually have to bring willian off again, i cant believe he was brought on, i think the logical choice was surely batman?????

that was an unpleasant half to watch...

in fairness, we've had some ok chances, City haven't had too many real chances either...but no doubt which team is playing better

Willian has had a shocking start to the season. He has the potential to be word class if he'd just take on his man and sort out his final ball.

Just hope morata isn't out for too long!

Playing the same central 3 from Wednesday night was always going to be asking too much of them.

Citys pressing has been pretty good tho , we cant seem to find the open men on the counter

Another big game, another sh***y performance. Soon I will start asking myself whether Conte knows what to do in these derbies or not.

He's got the skills and pace but I always say it and maintain he's a very unintelligent player.

Bit of a stretch if you watched the game midweek is it no?

Surely regardless of result, we are playing like such an inferior side.

id rather see us go toe to toe or at least implement ourselves on the game relying on this shoddy deep counter attacking football.  if that means maybe losing then so be it. We look as if we're going to concede anyway and it certainly cannot get worse than that for a schooling. 34% possesion at home is embarrassing

If you cant pass the ball out from the back you have to win the ball up field behind their midfield. One or the other.

We must give the ball quicker to the runners then or look across the line more. City pressing all the time where as we are sitting back trying to intercept or nick away. Making them look better at possession than they should.
