Yeah some good signs from him.

Emerson and Rudiger our best signings and both from Roma. While Liverpool bought Salah also from Roma. Maybe we should look at more of there players like Pellegrini, and look at there director of football Monchi.

I wouldn't, i think he is massively overrated.

Apparently Emerson is not available for the cup final.  I was not aware he was injured.

Looks far more suited to LB than Alonso. Imagine Alonso will start the first match of the season but hopefully doesn't take long for Emerson to replace him. 

Emerson has to play, especially if Azpiliucueta is playing on the other side. I think we need at least one of the full backs to offer that attacking threat, alonso doesn't have the legs unfortunately. 

Emerson was one our better players in a pretty awful display last night, (against Lyon).  I think he's a better option in Sarri's formation than Alonso - and I was a big fan of Alonso in the Conte system I liked the width he gave (especially in Conte's first season).

Great pace and appears to have a decent cross, I like that he gets behind the opposition defence. Downside for me, He get's caught out of position too often, which I'm sure he can improve on

Another useless signing to be added to the big lot of useless signings made last season. 

I forgot he plays for us, to be honest. It's a bit much to be calling him a useless signing though, with the way Alonso's flourishing in Sarri's system it's hardly surprising that he hasn't had a look in. 

According to physioroom, he is suffering from a slight illness right now.

Stupid comment. Having the most inform LB in the world in front of him and suffering from an illness/injury doesn't make him useless. You'd be moaning if we didn't have any left back cover at all. We've got probably the best backup LB in the league in Emerson, Spurs are the only team that comes close with having two quality LB's.

Whenever Palmieri has played he has been very impressive, and he's still a young player, he could definitely overtake Alonso eventually. 

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly fans on here write off players.

I wouldn't even say Danny Rose is a quality LB, I think he's vastly overrated, you see how good he is when he plays against top sides and can't produce anything. 

The best LB's in the league for me are Robinson, Mendy, Alonso and I do genuinely believe Palmieri can be one of them once he's fully fit. The only thing that concerns me with Palmieri is his injuries, we signed him when he was out for 6 months, then he got injured in the summer and now he has another injury/illness, it's a wonder if this will become an occurring thing in his career. I seriously hope not.

Kenedy is not an LB, Zapa has looked nowhere near as good as Palmieri, especially on the left side, and Azpilicueta? Well, what's the point in rotation then. 

And yeah you have a point we signed a lot of average players, but I don't think Palmieri was one of them, he hasn't been used that much because he has been injured, but whenever he has played he's looked like a good player and Roma fans didn't want him to go.

Are you moaning that he isn't getting played or moaning that he isn't good enough?

He isn't getting played because, as mentioned before, he has the most inform LB in the world in front of him at the moment. Alonso is undroppable (is this even a word?) atm. Just a shame Emerson is injured for this week.

If you're trying to claim he isn't a good player then you clearly haven't watched him much. He's been class every time he's played for us and Juve wanted him to replace A.Sandro when he was only 22. The lads 24 and has heaps of talent. Plenty of players to moan about (Drinkwater and Zappacosta) but Emerson ain't one of them.
