She's just in charge of negotiations according to the club's site.

IMO I think all she does is just negotiate the fees and contracts after transfer decisions have been made by whoever is in charge of that.

Her low balling is the reason why lots of transfer negotiations broke down, trying to impress Roman with saved pennies. Football transfer window is not fuking Sephora lady!

I am not even upset, as I expected to lose, we just have to do what we do best sack and rehire another manager in the summer we most likely win the league again and have another poor season and repeat.

Well, I haven’t seen all of the posts, but the moaning about the board is justified in my opinion, they set us up to fail.

It's hard to find positives after that. In 2018 we have only won 3 league games - West Brom, Brighton and Palace. We've lost 5 of our last 7 in the league. Conte has proven himself to be stubborn to the point of failure. His persistence with three at the back is killing us as we don't have players capable of playing that. Christensen is a decent prospect but looks  exposed in a back 3. Alonso and Moses just don't have the quality we need to perform those wing-back roles consistently. 

We traded downwards after Matic and Costa and that's clear when you look at the squad. We still fail to blend young players into the side to add something fresh.

I think that to be successful in England, you have to pose the opposition new questions, new challenges every season - you might really have to revamp half way through the season too. But we have failed to do that, just hoping that the formula that worked so well last year would be good enough this year. It's clearly not. You can't stand still in the PL. If you do, you end up going backwards as the teams around you improve.   

We need a major overhaul in the summer, I think Conte's time is up.

I must admit that was hard to watch. I love football but I struggled watching that, we are really bad at the moment and I’m not sure what’s next, nothing to salvage this season and that FA cup win is not going to happen the team doesn’t care.

The league season has ended today for me, but will resume if Spuds start dropping points like crazy

Unfortunately missed the game and couldn't feel the feeling, watching the game in the next 20 minutes. 

By reading some comments we didn't look good, especially a lot of critics towards Conte.

I have to say we didn't play very badly but it's the same story of the result not reflecting the play, some bad defending let them in, poor finishing so we didn't score enough. 

Once or twice this happens you accept it but now it's becoming a trend, surely it has something to do with the coaching, confidence can't be high when Conte keeps talking about how he wanted better players, so implying his current crop are sh*te.
