So... United vs Spurs on Monday.

What's everyone hoping for?

I like this fixture because if Spurs win, United lose. If United win, Spurs lose. If a draw, both drop points.

Thoughts?

I want the Sours to lose. I hope they miss top 4. Once they miss that and Pochetinho realizes that Levy is not going to spend cash, then hopefully he goes to Real Madrid. Hopefully that will be the end of the Top4 Spurs. Also, I want Jose at United. A top 4 finish for him with the occasional cup trophies (milk cup / FA cup) will put UTD in a tough position where they cant fire him. This will also make them boring for their fans and will give me added sadistic pleasure.

We really should have been in for that Seri and brought him in. He is a good player from what I've seen. Scored a screamer at the weekend too for Fulham.

Both Spurs and ManU have kits where the colour of the shorts are bleeding into the shirts, yet one kit is by Adidas and the other by Nike. Just when each thought they were being unique

Very moving gesture from fans of Genoa. Puts football in perspective.

Players pictured during a minute's silence before Sunday's Genoa v Empoli match

Genoa fans watched the first 43 minutes of their home match with Empoli in silence as a tribute to the 43 people killed when a motorway bridge collapsed in the Italian city earlier in August.

It was the club's first game since a 200-metre section of the Morandi bridge suddenly fell on 14 August.

Fans had asked for "a deafening silence of 43 minutes, one for each child, worker, student, father or mother who are no longer with us today".

Genoa won Sunday's Serie A match 2-1.

There were occasional muted cheers when Genoa attacked, but even when they scored twice in the first 20 minutes there was almost no celebration in the stands.

In the 43rd minute, applause broke out as the names of the victims were displayed on a screen, and the crowd then cheered as usual for the rest of the game.

Genoa and city rivals Sampdoria had both postponed their first matches of the season on 19 August following the disaster.

Banners carrying messages of solidarity were held by supporters around Italy's top flight over the weekend, including at Udinese, where Sampdoria began their league campaign with a 1-0 defeat on Sunday.

Yes :laugh2:

He looks bigger. Did he put on muscle or fat?

I remember reading that he wanted to bulk up more for some reason. I have no idea why though, he was bulky enough, if he put on any more muscle / fat and it's just going to slow him down.

Looking at how we now play football, would you  prefer Lukaku or Morata?

Surely Lukaku wouldn’t work in our system as his biggest strength is running onto the ball/counter attacking.
