I know people decry the Europa League and to be honest I'd much rather we were in the Champions League.

However, I remember back in the late 70s/early 80s . I used to look on with envy at the English teams in the European Tournaments and wishing we were in any of them

Preferably the European Cup mind you...

I feel there’s more to this, maybe tied in with his contract. Remember we never used solanke as he wouldn’t sign a contact.

 

Hope I’m wrong as Cho is clearly the most exciting winger we’ve produced since roman came in.

MS hints at changes with Christensen, RLC and perhaps CHO to play.

Did anyone watch hakimi play yesterday, I wish we took him on loan as well from RM what a player, he can play rb, cb, played left wingback yesterday and looks like he could easily be an all out winger as well.

Pictures of Hudson-Odoi in training, don’t think he’s injured, but can’t see him making the bench if he’s a slight doubt, even if he isn’t lol.

Dortmund were awesome. And yeah he was great but team play was good. So fast in the final 1/3

Hopefully this game will be a bit easier than the first two. Where are the days that we trashed these teams 8-0?

Hoping to see some of the backup players getting a chance, especially Christensen and Emerson

Yep this is one of my pet peeves this season. Not really put any teams to the sword yet at all. Could do with a match or two where we just annihilate the other team.

This is the team which I saw on line as being suggested to start.

Would be baffled not to see Emerson & Zappacosta to be honest.... 

Other than that, fairly happy, but would obviously have CHO on the left if fit.

Whoever isn't starting against Burnley from Barkley/Kovacic I would start tonight.

RLC is starting.

btw like him or not Willian is getting his 250th appearance for Chelsea FC tonight

 

So, Moses and CHO on the bench. Callum should get in ahead of Moses. But I wouldn't be surprised if Moses is in there doing stepovers and killing offensive attacks around the 75 minute mark.

Hopefully this is a bit more entertaining than the previous 2 games. It would be nice if we showed some clinical finishing so CHO gets a decent run out, although I'm waiting for this place to erupt when moses comes on instead of him at 3 nil!

I was thinking the same - Giroud will be more at home playing away to Burnley than Morata IMHO

I really can't stand seeing Willian and Pedro on the field at the same time. This should be the level of competition where it works though.

Draw for me, too many changes though good to see a number get a run out.

Really disappointed not to see CHO starting these types of games.
