Todd has said that the club at every level are aligned and onboard with the policies and decisions of the Board. .

They will never employ a Glasner who is vocal about what he wants for the team.

Everything wrong about our club starts and finishes at the very top.

We've got more teenagers arriving later on haven't we ? There is no stability, players constantly coming and going every transfer window is no way for a top club to be run.

They destroyed our great club and spent record amounts to do it..

I read the the way Private Equity make their money is either through dividends, management fees or selling the asset when its sale value provides its investors with a satisfactory return. If Todd isn't' talking bo**ocks he reckons our value now exceeds the price they paid for us.

Anyway, at least they're going to build a new stadium for us... aren't they?? 😂

Honestly, what's the point of even getting upset any more? This is the club now. Sign excessive amounts of young players in the hopes of making some profit on some of them, anbd maybe scraping some European football.

We can all see the glaring problems across the squad and club as a whole, but they won't be addressed, because to the ownership, they are not problems.

The only reason we get upset is because we want and expect more. This is the level now. We are just a slightly better version of Brighton. That's it. Why bother.

Better how? We haven't got anywhere near the return on investment that Brighton have had, and that's all that matters right?

League table and ex players at respective clubs

1) Arsenal - Madueke, Rice, Havertz - You could argue we have improved a title challenging side selling players to them

2) Man City - Kovacic - We again sold to a title challenging rival at the time

3) Aston Villa - Sancho, Maatsen - currently both in squad above us

4) Liverpool - Salah - won lots since moving from us to them via italy

5) Chelsea- Sold our better players to rivals, probably at the level we find ourselves

6) Manchester United - Mount - Played today

9) Crystal Palace - Guhei - 3 points behind us

10) Fulham - probably sell them George this window and improve their atacking options

11) Everton being driven on in midfield by KDH and 4 points behind us

13) Newcastle - six points behind us and we sold them Hall... they also have Liveramento.

14) Spurs - they have Solanke, gosh, wouldnt he be a good alternative to what we have

15) Bournemouth - Sold them our best keeper last summer Petrovic

17) Nottingham Forrest - CHO and an in form Omari Huchinson

18) Burnley (sh*ts and giggles this one) Broja - Scored more league goals than Delap and Guiu this season... 1 if you're wondering.

You can make a pretty good side from that not including Players sold overseas like Gallagher playing regularly in CL etc... 50 games 5 goals since leaving us.

--Petrovic--

Hall, Guhei, XXX, Livramento/ Maatsen

Mount, Sancho, Kovacic, Rice

Solanke, Broja

I appreciate that some players have been sold before our new owners arrived and probably some obvious names missing. But you telling me a team with our ex cobham grads would be struggling where we are?

We could have taken Palmer, a defender, a couple of wingers and a striker and improved what we had.

The disappointing thing for me is the league is getting weaker overall; we should be challenging this season.

We need all the streamers to make this go viral and those at the ground to make a stand. This is it. Enough is enough.

4 years since they have taken over and we have gone backwards. Chance after chance in the summer to make things right and they've messed up worse than ever.

They wont though. Fanbase is divided, even on here.

Some have just given up on Chelsea FC.

Some still think this current squad and manager just need time to adjust to our latest upheaval.

Some think it is the managers fault and sacking him fixes most of the big issues.

Some think is all down to the directors and is they who let poor BlueCo down.

Some think is just Clearlake who have capped poor old Todd's influence, and that we would be fine if it was just Todd and Walter's calling the shots.

However those who see the truth know it is all of BlueCo who is at fault.

Todd and Walter's went out and brought clearlake on board as they would have lost to sir Martin's bid had the not done so. They made that bed.

Once a hedgefund got onboard we were sunk. They, wyss, Goldstein and the rest care only to make money off this. They are not fit to run a competitive football club.

Their model has remained the same. No top manager or directors would touch us with a badge poll because of it.

And that is why we are saddled with:

Diabolically bad directors.

A squad with a couple of top players and the rest being bottom half of the table at best players.

A subpar manager who makes regular errors.

BlueCo clearly aren't in this to put together a winning football team.

Nor, despite their various statements, are they in it to "build business value" or "make money", as just about everything they have done so far in their 3 and a half years of ownership has had, or would be having, the opposite effect ...

The player trading model is just more hot air and fluff. They "admire" the Brighton model ... but ... why ? The Seagulls were losing money hand over fist and being bankrolled by Bloom to the tune of about £400m of loans before BlueCo themselves propped them up with their ridiculously inflated fee signings of Cucurella, Sanchez, Potter, Caicedo and Joao Pedro.

So what IS the BlueCo agenda at being here ??? Total head scratcher for me at this point ...

We can slag off the owners, the board, the players all we like, but with the squad we have there is no way we should be dropping the points to teams like Leeds, Qarabag, Leeds, Sunderland, Bournemouth, Atalanta, Fulham and drawing/losing games we were in control of.

I'm not gonna pretend we couldn't have used the money we've spent better, but given the state of the teams around us our squad is good enough to challenge for the league this season and the reason we aren't is down to Maresca. Of course, the decision to employ and continuing to employ Maresca is the board so they do have to take their share of the blame there. A better manager has us within touching distance of Arsenal but instead we've got a man fully out of his depth.

1 win in 6. With City looming in the horizon the best we can hope for in 2 wins in 8 (assuming we beat Bournemouth, which is not a safe bet at all).

For the second year running we turn into a relegation team in December.

This is as much the board's fault as it is Maresca's. It's a match made in hell.

I you want to sign inexperienced players you must have an experienced manager.

On the flip side, if your task as a manager is developing young players, you can't chop and change every week and play players out of position.

We are stuck, and this will only get worse as we are expecting another half dozen youngsters to join next season. The average age of the squad will keep dropping every season. It really is hopeless.

If we don't get a positive result against Bournemouth, I imagine the match going fans are going to really turn on both manager and board, which will lead to more toxicity around the club. The last thing we need is more toxic BS surrounding this club. The club still has no stability, despite believing this ownership would bring that.

Weren't the match going fans singing his name just a few weeks back at Cardiff?

Hopefully just a protest at the owners/Sporting directors.

We know sacking Maresca will not be some great momentous moment where everything improves. It’s a simple game really, that everyone likes to overcomplicate; good players win football matches, the recruitment has been diabolical.

Exactly. I think the fans cheering Maresca's name came about as a result of his comments to the media a few days earlier where he hinted at a lack of backing from the SD's/owners. Given the choice I would rather we got rid of SD's first. If we just replace Maresca we will see the same issues within half a season.

Multi club ownership needs to be banned. Give owners a couple of years to sell up and pick the club they want and do away with it.

Hopefully they choose Strasbourg and f**k off from Chelsea nowhere to be seen, the c**ts.

Unfortunately we need them to prop the company up financially, with the hope they will change direction. The damage the last three years has done will take close to twenty to undo.

Exactly. The financial governance structuring that has now been implemented protects the elite clubs but limits their financial mobility.

Those self same constraints acts as a glass ceiling for teams outside of that elite group, thus preventing the expansion of the lower clubs regardless of the financial muscle backing them. Look at Newcastle.

These destructive morons have actively taken us, the financially cleanest team due to the debt clearance, out of that elite group into the pack of also runs and have saddled us with enormous debt and an over bloated, mediocre squad of players.

Therefore, the question is, who could they realistically sell to. For the numbers required it would need Saudi sheikh billions, but what would be in it for them. They can already see how Newcastle are hamstrung, why buy a club who are 8th best, at best, in overall financial strength and infrastructure, and unable to develop under the governance model in place.

Oh, and in the meantime the idiots in charge, despite telling us we are all 20 years behind commercially, have let the only two viable sites for moving the stadium to allow for expansion, simply pass by into the ether, making the growth of the physical, stadium and grounds totally untenable.

Courtesy of Jake Heasman via twitter. What an absolute indictment this is. 42 signings, 3 hits, £1.2 billion.

No Cucurella, who is a hit imo
