February 21, 20197 yr Regarding the possible booing I would wait until we hear from somebody on here who was at the came. The Ruben chants can sound like booing and he came on at same time

The Ruben chants can sound like booing and he came on at same time that's what I thought at first too, but I thought Ruben chant stopped just before the fans clapped Kante, and then few boos among claps when Jorg name was announced

February 21, 20197 yr Hudson-Odi HAS to play Sunday.Well he will be playing against far better winger and unless he can do the job defensively it will be Pedro simply because of his defensive work rate

He chuckled because he seemed to hear it
February 21, 20197 yr Author Time to let the youth loose Maurizio, maybe not the next game, but in the league we need to include them.
February 21, 20197 yr I think a few players have done enough tonight to force themselves into the starting 11 for the final. Hudson-Odoi should be starting, he's not been perfect, but when he's been on the ball, he's been exciting and determined to make an impact. Emerson surely get's in over Alonso, he's had a good game tonight. I also think we should start Kovacic over Jorginho. Kovacic has more about him movement wise and defensively, he's also just as good with his short passing as Jorginho is. Edited February 21, 20197 yr by Scott Harris

February 21, 20197 yr a good win in the end although they ran out of steam in the second half we looked a bit more like ourselves second half - not sure Sarri had much to do with that but Kante in a more central position made a difference who knows which Chelsea will turn up on Sunday. I fear we'll be back to Sarri Plan A and sterile Jorginho but maybe someone's had a word in Sarri's ear and we will see something different come on Chelsea
February 21, 20197 yr I know this won't happen but up front should 100% be Hazard, Higuain, Hudson-Odoi and in the middle should be Kante, Jorginho, RLC. The right side was dynamic once RLC came on in this match. I know it was Malmo, but once Barkley came off (beautiful free kick golazo) Chelsea looked different. Also, I know they were down to 10 men, but the way they linked up was more crisp. Barkley isn't technical enough for the style of play Sarri wants to implement with this team. He doesn't move the ball quick enough. He doesn't find space well at all, he doesn't have the vision needed and he is static in the final third. We are better with RLC in midfield and CHO on the right hand side. IT WAS COMPLETELY OBVIOUS today! CHO has to start Sunday but we all know that probably isn't happening.
February 21, 20197 yr Anyone see BT cut to Bruce Buck’s face after the whistle? Absolutely no emotion on his face. He looked gutted/fuming.
