Reece James

Feeling like the end of this season is gonna be a stinker compared to the last. Unfortunately, I just can’t see us making top 5 and without Reece, it just gets harder.

Something needs to change in the summer or players will start looking elsewhere if they haven’t already.

I love him for committing his entire career to us. May he continue improving despite the circus we're in.

The best RB in England (even if he's always shoehorned in the middle for some reason?)

And now he’s injured and could miss the rest of the season

Why did i say? It’s like f**king clockwork

Oh Zeta...

Feel for Reece, he finally seemed to be over these niggling issues.

Maybe he is back in ime for the world cup?

Goes to show that the extreme rotation that cost us so many points at the beginning of the season didn't do much.

Players will get injured. When your best players are fit, you play them and secure the points because you never know what will happen later on in the season.

What? That's exactly why Reece got injured . It was diabolical to start him on Wednesday and then Saturday and to make matters worse I am sure the stupid Rosenoir had plans to start him tomorrow if he hadn't been injured.

Little bit suspicious. Has been injury free for ages, signs a new extended contract and suddenly, "Ooh, my hamstring's seems to be playing up................................!!"

If I had my conspiracy hat on I would suggest he has a slight knock and they've decided to protect him and shield from the England camp.

Between now and 12th April we only have one game we would like him to play.

Think it just goes to show how panicked BlueCo are about progression in CL this season, and qualification for CL next season. Suddenly all the carefully laid plans about protecting players go right out the window when push comes to shove.

It might also be why Gusto has been preferred for the more demanding overlapping right back role, with James in midfield.

Personally I hope Bisright1 is correct with his conspiracy theory !

I've heard that apparently TV footage from today's game shows Reece laughing/smiling looking overall happy while we were getting pumped. Can anyone confirm this?

It's bullsh*t. Cameras panned to him as someone talked to him and he smiled. Now people clutching at any straw just to display that their outrage is bigger than anyone else's.

At some point he'd have scratched his nuts, doesn't mean he's got crabs. At some point he'd have shifted in his seat, doesn't mean he's got piles. At some point he'd have sniffed, doesn't mean he's just done a line, but who would have blamed him just to have got through that sh*t that we all witnessed.

It's the usual meaningless bo**ocks diverting away from the real issues.

Let's have a little less conversation about Reece James and a bit more about a club hierarchy that deems it okay to hobnob with the fking Spurs manager in comp seating whilst we all have to suffer the dross that these clowns gaslight us as being part of a bigger plan.

Absolutely spot on. Confected outrage.

Spot on, anyone thinking he was laughing disrespectfully or whatever bullsh*t they make up is a moron.

Thanks for the clarification.

Reece James: "If you look around at the quality of the players we've got, we've got a lot of world-class players in the team. We've got a lot of players that have won big titles, in consecutive years as well, so the winning mentality is there for sure. I think that would probably be the key driver."

If the team had the supposed “world class players”, you could literally put a random fan in charge, and they would get top 4. Not buying it, and he is hilarious taking about winning big titles.

Haven't really watched England.

Is he playing as a wingback?

Started at Right back and moved to midfield. As expected Tuchels tactics have completely limited his crossing and passing abilities by slowing the game down and giving the full backs absolutely no space to overlap at all, plus Madueke being a moron.
