Mourinho with no warchest. Won't happen.

Patrick Vieira is the only touted manager that plays football building from the back. Just watched Frankies interview with Tubes and he said Vieira is man of progressive football.

Frankie I would love to see back but as I said before this job is up for applications once a season so Frankie could just pick a year.

Dont know much about Vieira as a manager but his Nice team only scored 30 goals in 38 games last season. Its not exactly a ringing endorsement for his stlye of football.

Shame Ten Hag isn't available. I think if we wanted to continue the Sarri project (with more tactical flexibility) he would be the guy.

Why isnt he available? Is it just that you think he wouldnt want the job? His team are being dismantled, maybe he could be persuaded?

Ten Hag would be an exciting choice, especially if we somehow managed to bring in a couple of his ajax players.

Our squad moulds to other systems as well but we just spent 50+75m for Jorginho and Kepa who are both perfect for Sarri-type football. By that I mean building from the back combined with possession and high press. I really hope we continue on this path. I think Frank could well be able to be great for a new progressive style. As a manager he is young and probably willing to listen.

Regarding Mourinho, he's not what we need as he's the exact opposite to what we have been looking for in our playing style and promoting youth.

There's a reason we sacked him twice, it would be a step backwards employing him for a 3rd time.

Regarding Sarri, to me I just think he finds the Juventus more attractive for a few reasons (e.g. being back in Italy, no transfer ban).

It would of been good to see how a second season played out with him in charge after what he achieved in the end, but I have a feeling he's been tempted by Juventus for a while.

Sarri is 60. I completely understand if he wants to go back to Italy. Must be exhausting not being able to communicate and smoke like a chimny. On top of that Juventus is a massive club.. Btw Chelsea is bigger club in terms of turnover..

I actually hope he comes back now just to see the fans reaction and the entertainment he will bring off field

Sounds like you've given up on us looking to compete with City and will be happy with us being a Cup team who are a bit of a panto.  Not knocking you because that's they way we're heading.

Worldwide, Chelsea have  millions more fans on Social media than Juve.

If we wanted to continue building and complete we should of kept Sarri' not boo him not sing f**k Sarri ball, let him continue his project but the fickleness of our fanbase couldn't understand that going from 15+ year's of progmatic football to a 360 in stlye will have some bumps in the road.

Pep first season got spanked a few times but City believed and am sure their fan's didn't sing f**k "Tika Tika"...

At this point am just "meh" what ever happens next season I wouldn't get upset just go with it.

Don't see it happening but when i saw Mourinho reactions when asked about the Chelsea-job in the studio post-match on saturday you could be forgiven for thinking there might be something in it.

Probably not the right man for us at this stage but i don't think i could ever be against hiring Mourinho.

I can, it's 2019. He's well and truly the manager version of a footballer who's lost his legs now.

If we bring him back as a manager may aswell stick Cech back in goal while we're at it.

Only way i'll be happy if Sarri leaves is if we bring in Lampard and Morris and create a true pathway from our academy to our first team, give them time to build and continue the philosophy Sarri has started to implement. Lampard and Sarri's tactics have quite a few similarities with each other

If we appoint someone like Blanc, Allegri or Mourinho i'd have lost any faith in this board and it would be completely clear they don't have a clue what they want or what they are doing

I hope this silly season finishes soon, it would be nice to see Sarri move to Juve this week, so he gets his wish, and then Frank arrives by Friday and we can all move on through the summer with dreams of Chelsea ripping it up next season with an abundance of youth swarming all over the opposition, while the gooners mope about on Thursday nights still hoping Ozil will be their saviour, and Spurs still fantasize about winning something.

Mourinho Mk.III

Kepa

Azpi  Zouma  Rudiger  Emerson

Drinkwater  Kante

Pedro    Barkley     Willian

Giroud

RLC, CHO, Luiz, Mount, Tammy - all likely to leave.

Kepa probably sold within a season as he's too fancy with the ball at his feet and not a 6ft 7 shot stopper.

Pulisic out on loan for 3 seasons until he's old enough to play under Mourinho.

Reece James never getting close to a look in.

Nothing would suprise me with chelsea mate. Mourinho was asked about it after the CL final, he could've shut down then, but he just said he cant talk about it.

Hell will freeze over first.

#Chelsea's board reportedly declined Maurizio Sarri's offer to see out his contract at Stamford Bridge.

But the Chelsea board believed it was in the best interest of the club and Sarri if he moved on and declined his offer
