Should we really be surprised though? These kids have been winning everything at youth level and even getting to 4 UEFA Youth Cup finals in 5 years. If anybody's youngsters were going to break through at their clubs this generation, then it should be our lot.

You are totally right, although I can't help but think the ban was a blessing in disguise for these kids. Also Frank is probably the only manager who would ever give them a proper go at top flight football - the stars aligned perfectly I guess.

The future's looking bright and I'm all for it, it will undoubtedly be a roller-coaster ride but I have a feeling it'll be worth it.
