He’s definitely not been excellent today, he’s had two big mistakes which could have cost goals. As a whole he’s done brilliant since he came in to the team but that’s a few mistakes creeping in the last couple of weeks.

Tomori is one lucky defender he could have cost us against lille and just pulled some amateur sh*t right there.. He gives me the impression he is mentally strong and wont crack like christensen did two seasons ago

Tomori has been all over the place but not for Jorginho we would only have a one goal lead, just like th first goal he should have stopped the cross he didn't even stick a leg out very poor defending from him this game

Apart from those incidents yes, he's been impressive. 

Ultimately though he's lucky none of those stupid back passes ended in a goal!

That's a long way from excellent. Bright prospect but got the jitters today. 

3-1 up, but this has probably been one of our worst performances. Every single player is struggling when closed down. It's like they are worrying too much about losing the ball and are panicking. They just need to take control of ball with more confidence and keep the movement flowing.

Tomori just needs to have it in mind to pass forward, lump it upfield if he wants.

Another observation is that Hudson-Odoi is really not in this game at all today. Maybe worth pulling him soon if he doesn't start contributing asap.

We need to buy a WC experienced CB and Frank needs to tell Tomori to cut that sh*t out of his game. Play the pass or boot it long but never faff around with the ball. You're a bloody CB for crying out loud

Good attacking this half but I’m actually more concerned about our defence rather than their attackers.

We need a dominant centre half. Hopefully that can be rudi 

Tomori needs to clear his lines more in those tight areas, you can not keep playing it out like that. 

I was hoping we wouldn't see any of if this game, but looks like he's caught the Christensen fever.

I think Hudson-Odoi's been doing an ok job occupying 2 players and making the Soton defence focusing on our left. Our right side has acres of space and I think that is due to the danger CHO brings

Great score line and plenty of scope for improvement.

We're in a good position. So much upside to this team.

CHO wasn’t been outstanding but he still has an assist. I’ll take a goal/assist a game if he’s quiet the rest in all honesty.

Great scoreline but let's be honest, we are not playing well,, we look very fragile.

I don't think Hudson-Odoi has done anything wrong, I think his level has been similar to most players on the pitch. It's not been a game where one player is going to dominate. He's been tidy and played a great ball over the top for Abraham's goal. 

We need to keep scoring! I love our attacking system and these youngsters bring a different dimension to our stale attack. For years it's been pass to Hazard or hope that our CF bullies the opposition CBs

Got to be happy with the score line. Just got to improve positioning of both centre halves and decision making. Zouma has to clear with his left foot and Tomori has to decide when to play and when to clear.
