Watching the City v Fulham game and RLC is slower than a super tanker...sorry to say but I can't see him coming back to us..

It’s been very enjoyable reading and watching the cfc v leeds stuff the past 24 hours ...got me right in the mood ,we all hate leeds and leeds and leeds ...even my leeds supportIng mum has been on the phone giving it large ,not bad for an 87 year old ???

I am not worried. He has been out a whole year, it will take him at least 6 months of regular football for him to get back to match rythm. Lets not forget how long it took for Ross Barkley to return to his current form after his injury prior to joining us. My only fear is if he has another serious injury .

I'm sorry but haven't any sign of his development and unless he does do he won't be at the Chelsea standards and will be sold...

I definitely agree that he is playing catch up to Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and even Conor Gallagher . It is just sad because he was really showing his potential at the end of that Sarri season and would probably have started the Europa league final until he got injured in that meaningless friendly in Connecticut

Yeah he’s very slow. Holds on the ball for too long, takes too long to make a pass.

Hopefully he will improve but he looks nowhere near the player he was for us under Sarri.

Fully expect Reece James to start which would make his 50th game for the club.

Agree.  Unless things change (his form or our situation), there just isn't enough there to play at the top level at this moment.  Given his wages though it will be a few years of loans.  Injury really did a number on him.

I get that they're annoying but running these websites aren't free. If it goes a little way to paying for some of it then that's cool. Adverts suck but I'm great full  to the guys that run it and I won't begrudge them the adverts as they probably still operate at a loss. I wander how many people would be on here if you had to pay a small subscription each year, that could be ,a way to get rid of those adverts and a tenner a year is well worth some of the brilliant arguments we get to witness
