We get sloppy and lose concentration when we play at snails pace and eventually pay the price.  This is a very poor overall performance so far against a mediocre Southampton team.

He gets in to good positions but his final pass is usually rushed.

That's why we're not a good team at the moment. You have players like Kovacic who have a class game then can't make a simple pass in the next. How often has that happened in the last year?
