Tbh I'm not as worried about them sacking him now Conte is off the market. He's the one that would have really got them challenging again, even this season (would have gone hilariously tits up after though but still). Edited November 6, 20214 yr by Argo
November 6, 20214 yr Only City from start to finish, it could have been 0:4. We might be at the top of the league but honestly Man City is the team to beat and I'm not sure how we can beat them this season.

Both different animals but very, very good at what they do.
November 6, 20214 yr Author Hahaha Man Utd had more shots on target on their own goal than City's. Another incompetent performance, long may it last.

November 6, 20214 yr Farke has ‘left by mutual consent’ so Billy might actually get a look in at Norwich now…

November 6, 20214 yr Just now, goose said: So they get their first win and Farke gets the road. Sort of arse about face. It was probably all arranged. Didn’t Frank know he was managing his last game for us so gave Mason the armband?
November 6, 20214 yr Will leave this here for tomorrow. West ham once again show no matter how well they have been playing they are generally useless when they face United, Pool or City. Always get turned over by them and generally only show up 1 out of 2 times again us and most often never against the others. 1 point lead for the break it is then. Horrible international football.

I fancy Moyes will engineer at least a point out of this.
November 7, 20214 yr A lot of people are laughing at ole but ole is the true genius here, he has eliminated his biggest or maybe only threat last week. You simply can't fire him now, who do you being?
November 7, 20214 yr 3 weeks is a long time in football, United to beat Watford and draw with yellow submarine so Ole keeps his job, and we go to OT to smash them 2:0 and send him packing. One of the Neville to come in as the next United manager.
November 7, 20214 yr 5 hours ago, goose said: I fancy Moyes will engineer at least a point out of this. Nope. We returned back the gifts given last week.
November 7, 20214 yr Brentford have just lost to Burnley and now Norwich. 2 of the 3 teams in the relegation spots. They play the 3rd team at the bottom of the table after the international break. I'd put money on Newcastle winning that.
November 7, 20214 yr Smith has been sacked by Villa. So that's a quarter of Premier League managers who've been sacked already this season. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59186010

They literally have no rotation in their squad which is why they have to lean on youngsters. I don't think they will go down but it wouldn't surprise me if that happened.
November 7, 20214 yr Raphinha is one hell of a player, like a better version of Pulisic mixed with Ziyech.

November 7, 20214 yr That was a blatant foul in build up to Arsenal’s goal. Compare that with the one we had disallowed v southampton by VAR for a minor clip by azpi.
November 7, 20214 yr Author Showed my classic English lack of sophistication by watching the fun game (Leeds - Leicester) rather than the tactically interesting game (Benitez - Conte). Leeds have been remarkably dangerous since the beginning of the second half but have somehow failed to score. It feels like the exact same passage that a team like Leeds would look back on at full-time with great regret, after having undeservedly lost.
