Bellerin has gone on loan to Real Betis. Surprised by that. Always thought he was decent for Arsenal. Have I got that wrong?

He's quite possibly the worst right back in the league. Especially since Aurier has gone too.

They're well rid of him.

Injuries really messed him up over the last 4-5 years. Aside from the fact he always seemed to play a blinder against Chelsea, he's been awful for them.

I think his biggest asset was always that he was one of the quicker players in the league, which meant he could look dangerous going forward but also recover and keep up with most wingers defensively. The trouble with players that rely on pace rather than actual technical ability is that once they lose even a fraction of it through injury/age, it ends up being obvious how average they are, which I guess is why he's fallen off massively since his injury.

While the media are rightly condemning the Hungarian fans' appalling behaviour, and highlighting the fact that bottles were thrown onto the pitch, can anyone tell me what action the FA has taken against Arsenal and Liverpool for throwing bottles at our players and - in the case of LFC fans - for repeatedly using homophobic chants against our players and supporters?

I understand the FA has had their hands full charging one particular club over some onfield handbags, but  I am curious how they have dealt with these issues of violence and offensive chanting.

Thanks.

I don't understand what Lingard is doing at manu. United is ridiculously loaded up front

Cavani/Ronaldo

Rashford/Sancho/Bruno/Pogba/Martial/ Greenwood

I'm sure Lingard would agree with you, and I think he'd have loved to go permanently to West Ham after his successful loan there last season, but unfortunately for him, United wanted a much higher transfer fee than Hammers were prepared to pay.

Well said. If the FA can't get serious about getting their own house in order, then the players should have no faith in them protecting the players when it comes to social media or racial abuse.

As I've said elsewhere if we aren't demonstrating consistency when it comes to abuse, vilification etc. it leads to pointless hand-wringing when the situation involves racial abuse.

The health people should notify the match official to stop the match and the official need to tell the ref. Done.

Oh no, the way it went was much more fun. Very theatrical, really delightful!

It turn out Lingard is in his last year of his contract. This make it even less sense

South Americans are always dramatic

In this case, it is more like unnecessary drama. If those 4 players are dangerous criminal, then sure or covid is zombie virus (we probably won't play football if this is the case though)

I remembered similar thing happened in nba. The player coach pulled the player out of the game. Done.

Premier League: Eight Brazil players stopped from playing for their clubs this weekend - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/58486811

All a bit of a bloody farce. An expression about not being able to organise a piss-up in a brewery springs to mind.

I know its sh*t that we lose Silva, but I love the fact the dippers lose a few players but Everton dont, just because Brazil have decided they are mates with Everton 😂. Its like they are trying to wind up the dippers....

Moss letting spuds get away with some nasty tricks yet cheating c**ts don’t miss opportunity to fake injuries. after half hour they are far superior team to Palace, currently at the top of the table is mind bending. I guess they’ll nick one to get away with their fourth 1:0 win in a raw.

Dier out with serious injury

Spurs is just very2 bad. I have no idea what is the point of playing delle anymore.

Callagher still looks very2 raw. If he want to become Lampard type midfielder he definitely need to grt better at shooting.
