Lukaku us making run after run for the ball down the side. They just will not play it. I don’t blame him for being frustrated tbh

Mount gave him two tap ins against Spurs and he f**ked them both up.

He missed a tap in against Plymouth that even Morata at his lowest would have tucked away.

He didn't move to receive a perfect Azpi cut back today and missed a glorious other chance.

Not to mention he walses about off the ball while the rest of the team work their bollax off to get it back.

Service and trust works both ways, this w**ker has no right to feel frustrated.

"All season" yet we were leading the league by a distance into November or December. Then injuries and Covid crippled us for the next few months.

You've had it out for Tuchel since he arrived at the club though so no surprise you want to pin all this on him.

Just typical, typical Chelsea. Players prove to be not good enough - let's blame it on the manager and sack him. And round and round we go and we fall further and further behind the top teams in this England as a consequence.

Try reading what I actually wrote before doing your usual bending over for Tuchel.

Well I guess Bayern only beat their semi final opponent 1-0 as well last time out before beating Al Ahly 2-0...

Still though reading this was embarrassing and Palmerias will have a field day against us at this rate.

Guess the lack of effort is down to Tuchel?

Partly, yes.

Why the f**k were we holding on all bloody game? Ridiculous - need to up their game on Saturday massively.

10 day break did wonders for us clearly. We have come back even more tired and sh*t than before.

This was a very poor side we played, far more so than Plymouth and we made them look great by the sounds of things and Kepa is man of the match again FFS.

We made very heavy weather of what should have been a routine game

The team lack chemistry and rely on an individual moment rather than good tactical play

Lukaku not for the first time flatters to deceive

Havertz is dining out on his goal another game that passes him by

Kepa is rehabilitated, should he now keep the jersey?

Into the final, it would be nice to see a performance that merited it

Well we certainly made hard work of that....the rest of the EPL teams must be shaking in their boots watching our performance fearing when we come back.

taken to extra time by league one.. and struggled against a similar level of opposition.. dont know what to say.

We were sh*t in both games bar Kepa perhaps?

But it's not. They mess up routing passes and touches, that isn't coaching, that is a problem with the players. For years now we have had a habit of turning to sh*t when things get tough.

Every single forward players? I just don’t see a situation where the club sells all of them at a loss, and I wouldn’t trust Tuchel in the market. Something has to give in the long term, and I am not suggesting sacking him. Today for example, there was zero reason to set up with 5 defenders against a team from the Arabian league.

We played very well up until Covid and injuries hit. Even you admitted you liked how we were looking and where we were going until that happened.

Won our last three games btw. But hey, let's all overreact!

I'm just happy that atleast we made it to the final. Seeing the way we've played tonight doesn't give us much hope for the final but the positive is that we can watch the final with zero expectation. Years from now nobody would remember how we won this semi but everybody would've remembered it had we lost to team from Saudi Arabia! That would've really been humiliating. Thanks to Kepa we avoided this humiliation. He repaid his transfer fees today.

Lucky boys.

Very little (no!) evidence that we were a team from "the best league in the world" and they were a team from Saudi with a manure bench warmer up front.

Our sloppy play, the pace at which we play, lack of ability to be incisive, the huge number of times we take far too many touches, it is all just the same uninspired dross.

If we by some miracle end up winning this competition, by playing like that, I am not sure I will be able to bring myself to say we are world champions!

No we didn't, and no I didn't.
