If you watch them from 86’-91 you can see how effective they were tactically. Have a stable backline, suffocate the midfield with runners, and hit on the break.

Pardon my ignorance, but I just noticed that both keepers are wearing much thinner gloves than I recall keepers like Cech wore.  Is this a relatively new thing, or something that has happened for a few seasons now?

Ermm Nope.. we got rid of him a season late, legs couldn’t cope with the PL. Serie A is perfect for him at this stage, even Pedro still looks good over there.

Mbappe with 8 World Cup goals now. 4 years ago it was a walk in the park for France, but England might just stun them as they haven't really played a bigger team yet.
